Location is just beside Taksim square and lots of beautiful laneways to walk around and spend the day. 'Some' staff respond to you nicely. Steam and pool was good. Rooftop has a nice view. staff booking tours and undertaking laundry ect are very helpful.

Bathroom was rusty and water leaks from the sink. Gym is very average also was leaking water from the AC. Water bottles are not provided as part of room service, 6x the price outside for a 500ml bottle.

The breakfast was very poor not much variety the standard of the hotel has fallen from my last stay the staff a very friendly the guest relation person has not got a clue she just has no understanding they need to listen to the guest this is no way a 5* hotel I would rate it 3* if that very poor

The hygiene and cleanliness the lighting in the rooms everything is broken from shower doors to light switches management do not want to know there response is guests are very difficult we can’t please everyone The management attitude towards guests need to improve the general hotel standards have fallen if you pay for 5* that’s what you should get the food should be good hygiene and cleanliness should be great and the attitude of staff should all be 5* this hotel is selling false dream hence why you get anger and disappointed guests

Purtroppo non si può paragonare a un 5 stelle europeo ma piuttosto a un 3 stelle. Colazione non all’altezza, sala caotica e troppo piccola per tutti gli ospiti. Servizio di pulizie migliorabile: Ho dovuto richiedere il refill del sapone e della crema perché mai effettuato di loro iniziativa e dopo averlo richiesto mi è stato riempito il sapone ma non la crema (mai usata perché già trovata vuota al mio arrivo).Il penultimo giorno mi è caduto un po’ di fard in bagno sul pavimento ed è stato letteralmente spalmato a terra sul pavimento senza pulirlo.

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica: in 3 minuti a piedi si arriva sulla Istiklal street e la stazione della metro Sishane è altrettanto vicina. Facile muoversi. Ho apprezzato anche la colazione a buffet, abbondante e variegata.

Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto inviate dalla struttura: ho prenotato a Gennaio 2024 per assicurarmi una camera ad Agosto, dalle foto la camera era spaziosa, luminosa, accogliente e (dalla descrizione della struttura) con una finestra sul cortile. Mi sono ritrovato in un "BUCO" di camera situato al primo piano, SENZA NESSUNA FINESTRA (neanche in bagno!). La cabina doccia del bagno era senza porta, quindi ad ogni doccia il bagno diventava impraticabile. L'armadio in dotazione forse sarebbe potuto essere sufficiente per una singola, decisamente troppo piccolo per una matrimoniale. La cassaforte in dotazione non funzionava. Il set per la preparazione di tè e caffè veniva ripristinato quando avevano voglia, e le tazze dovevano lavarcele da soli. Il frigobar era vuoto. Per chiudere in bellezza, adiacente alla camera era presente una stanza riservata allo staff e la struttura del montacarichi passava dietro la parete della nostra camera: arrivavano rumori a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Non so come fossero le altre stanze della struttura, ma dalla nostra esperienza, mi sento di dare a questo hotel non più di 2 stelle, anziché le 5 dichiarate. Decisamente la peggior struttura dove abbia mai soggiornato.

Hotel was in a great location from places like Istiklaal Street and Galata Tower. Staff were very friendly. Very clean hotel room with comfy beds. Kids enjoyed the pool. Close to Tram station. Nice Breakfast.

On Booking.com we booked a Three Bedroom Suite, however, there are no Three Bedroom Suites available at the hotel, we were told this when we were given 2 rooms when we arrived, we ended up with a room for 4 and a room for 2. The rooms were 2 doors apart which was not too bad but would have preferred to be told this when booking the hotel. Worked out well as our kids are older so they had their own room, but if kids were not old enough would have been an issue. Even though Hotel is in a great location, not too far from Galata Tower, Istiklaal Street, you have to walk through party goers on a night, with small kids walking through loud club music, people throwing up on streets and hanging about on street drinking and smoking not the best. Hotel only provide 3 free water bottles, after that for duration of stay you have to buy your own, in Dubai we were given free water bottles every day. Not a deal breaker as water bottles will cost you 10-15TL from shops. Online when booked was told we would get a free complimentary red travel card, this was not the case, had to buy one from the tram station. Only complaint about both hotel rooms was the water in both sinks drained very slow and would build up in sink.

NOT a 5 star hotel. Even 1 star would be too kind. Dirty carpets, food is awful, staff speak little to no English and super unkind, rooms are TINY, windows don't open fully, spa is in a dark and dingy passage way. I would not recommend this hotel!

Pool area and neighborhood was good

We booked a 20m^2 room which they call "deluxe with jetted tub" with city view, but they gave us such a small room where one cannot even open a luggage, we asked for changing the room, they didn't face our request openly and gave us another room that had no view at all, just a small window facing a wall! The dinner was the worst food I ever had, crowded, no nutrition, no good management. It doesn't worth the money you pay. The water drainage of the bathroom and jetted tub was not working well, and there was no good water pressure at 8th floor which slowed us down each day at showering.

Location is great

Rooms are small - walk sideways around the bed. It’s extremely busy meaning it’s noisy. Not enough tables at breakfast meaning had to wait to eat.

Everything was amazing about the hotel specially staff who were really helpful. Special mention would be of Zoha who helped us throughout our stay on different activities and surroundings.

Yes the location was good, you had everything near to the hotel. Lots of restaurants near by too. Love how the staffs was so friendly and helpful especially Jinan and Zoha looked after us very well and even did nice birthday surprise for my Mum unexpected, which was really nice that they went out of their way to do that. The excursion staff that's sorted out my booking for Birthday dinner, she was fab and explained everything clearly. Good service from her too and with a smile always. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who visit Istanbul city.

I did not like the fact the spa on the ground floor was a big disappointment as I did arrange treatment for my mum and myself. The guy mess up our appointment up and giving us wrong information and we even paid the deposit for our booking. Would definitely not use the spa/massage downstairs. Then in the end I didn't even get any treatments done to their mistake. To be honest the guy does not understand English and was bit rude!

The location is amazing, the hotel rooms are small, but very functional, and most importantly clean.

I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t include my transfer that was not used because they didn’t pick up my family member as we discussed.

Airco deed het niet de eerste 3 dagen, minibar deed het niet, mijn douche had geen deuren, bed maakte veel geluid, ze zeiden dat ze me een nieuwe kamer zouden geven en hebben ze niet gedaan.
