Nothing at all.

I don't understand how this hotel was rated as 5 stars. I think it's ok for a 3 stars hotel The rooms aren't clean I had to change the room that i was staying in due to cleaning issues The front desk indicates that the didn't have enough time to clean the room for me and that I'll have to wait another half an hour to have another room cleaned. Staff are very arrogant It's almost scary to approach them

Furniture is old

The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and housekeeping was efficient. The amenities were all clean and spacious - never very crowded even if the hotel was full. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.

The hotel was a bit far from touristic areas, the excursions were overpriced for what you could get outside the hotel with the same quality, the room service/restaurant food/laundry service was all very expensive.

All staff and door men are smiling and friendly EXCEPTThe man who responsible for recieving money (The acconter) not friendly and use non suitable words with the client
