I i had a great experience at Lasagrada Hotel. Everything was perfect. Nice breakfast, the rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was amazing. Especially Ikram , at the reception was extremely helpful. She was very friendly and tried to fulfil any request I had. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Istanbul. Lovely hotel

The spa, bar and pool were all closed because of Pandemic 😐

Lasagrada is my usual and favorite hotel in Istanbul. Excellent location, very clean and, most importantly, friendly and professional staff. Thanks for your kind hospitality and special thanks for Selin and Sukaina.

Staff and everything

The Hotel and staff was amazing ! They helped me a lot with a baby! Especially Soukaina was attending great! She was so attentive and good to me and my baby and helped a lot during the breakfast (this time I was traveling alone with 1,5 years old baby without nanny. The hotel in general helped me to solve all problems I got and it’s really my very first time of such a good experience in Turkey! I definitely recommend to go there couples with kids. I loves my experience there and if I go to istambul with my family I will book this hotel for sure. Highly recommend.

Almost anything, just the weather.

The location was terrific, the room was perfect they gave me a better room much bigger, and housekeeping and room service were excellent fast. Delicious breakfast.

The only reason I disliked is that the TV is very small. I had to spend a couple of days in the room to recover. The cable was bad not advanced TV. No Netflex, youtube. not smart. All the time I had to use my phone.

The location was excellent, very central, literally few steps from the subway station. The staff was professional and polite. The housekeeping (special thanks to Selvi Doğan hanim), reception, staff at the breakfast, and the restaurant did their best to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed for 6 nights at room 1706 which was comfortable, clean, warm, well-equipped, with the very nice bathroom and facilities. The selection at the breakfast is impressive, all is fresh. Fits best for a long stay. That was our second stay at the hotel, and next time we are in Istanbul, we will choose to stay at Lasagrada again.

I had reserved a car to pick us up from the airport from the hotel via booking. our flight arrives at 1 o’clock at night. we finished our airport process quickly and by the time we went to the agreed pick up spot no one was there, we had to wait in the cold for 25 minutes, then took a regular taxi (which was much much cheaper BTW) to the hotel in the middle of the night in a city I’ve never visited before. I tried to contact the property in the meantime and they only responded when I had arrived there. they were very hostile, refused to admit their mistake, were very rude and took no responsibility for their mistake. I explained to them that I as a First class passenger manger to finished really early but they refused to believe my side of the story instead the check in personal accused me of lying, rude and hostile. he even insulted my intelligence and told me that I had waited at the wrong door(which I didn’t). the pick up person only contacted me to tell me he’s there when I already arrived at the hotel. the hotel was very good value for money and the location was excellent but this incident and how they dealt with it soured my experience and I will not be using them again

i book room Luxury Double Room it was big and nice, the bed is big size, but need big blanket 😛 the staff is good help to take bags and shopping bag without talk and ask 👍🏼 if you have your own car with driver you should pick up quickly the street is narow..

at night the street noise if there is police other wiz all is ok.

staff are not friendly and flexible with dealing, cleaning is very poor and furniture is old not clean. house keeping doesn’t respect the signs showing in the door. and they enter the room without permission and even if the signs says don’t disturb.
