the location is excellent, comfortable beds and clean rooms in general

the smell of the bathroom, I think they have a plumbing problem, even if they clean it every day still smelling to poop. only the bathroom

The location is fine, it is close to many things that you can walk to

The rooms were not like the pictures. They were humid upon arrival. There was a cockroach on the bed. The rooms were very small and they never changed the bed sheets. I ordered a three bed bedroom and they only gave me two. The towels were overused towels and were very old. The toilet would only flush once in a while.

Hi ! The AC not working in both rooms . I mean súper old basically a fan would work better .

The location is very close to the bus station, ideal for late and early arrivers by bus. The staff reacted fast to any complications.

There was a confusion about available rooms, so it prolonged our check-in and the first day we were not able to open the doors with the card and needed to ask for the assistance.

The hotel is so close to a market you can hear music out loud until midnight. The room was not clean and the shower was terrible I could smell sewage in my room. Luckily I booked it for one night and I was happy I did not stay there more than that.

Staff was nice and place is safety.

The bathroom expelled unpleasant and strong odors. They didn’t changed the blankets, they just rearranged them.

I liked the location, really great. It's close to the bus terminal, and when I was there there were food stalls where you could eat on the street.

You have to give the keys at the reception. Which, in case you are solo travelling and you want to invite someone to sleep over, they always enforce having to go through them (to pay an extra fee for the other person's stay). I also feel value-for-money ratio could be better.

WiFi just does not work at all, lucky to get one minute of internet a day No hot water at all, and the water had a strong smell of sulphur / copper fairly uncomfortable mattress but at least it was large

The hotel is very close to the ADO bus station (just a few blocks away), and it was quiet since it wasn’t directly on a busy street. it was also clean.

The room was very basic and lacked charm. There were no water bottles in the room, and you need potable water to brush teeth.
