The air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

Air conditioning that works!!! This is essential in Bolzano summer. The hotel starts away from the center, away from parties and noise. Very nice hotel for a short stay!

5 Euro for a motorbike in the garage per night - very good! Very friendly staff also cool name

Pillows on the bed were a bit tiny and hard but ok

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We had problems with our card in the night and they came to help quickly. The view was good.

Breakfast arrangements were quite complicated and thus we decided not to have it. In the Booking.com I was specifically asked whether I want a double bed or two separate beds. Even though we asked for a double bed there were two separate beds. The hotel was also rather expensive, but on the other hand this was the case with all hotels in Bolzano.

The location was in the middle of the city.

The man that checked us in told us to park on street over night and when we went to our car he next day we had a ticket. The hotel should offer parking.

It was a fine room, nearby the citycenter (15 minutes walk). The staff is friendly and can give you tips for good restaurants.

No free parking space.

Our room was situated above the restaurant. It was very loud from its air-condition devices and we could hear every single step in other rooms. Bad acoustic :(

The receptionist was lovely and very helpful

I couldn’t sleep pleasant there. The bed cover was too small and also I could hear all the voices and noises from outside and also from the neighbor room

It is the only hotel in Europe I have been to where they charge €3 for parking your bicycle! I also think if the room cost was 50% less then it would be fair compared to other hotels I have used locally. Breakfast overpriced.
