Looks like 3/5 rooms are attic rooms up three flights of stairs - after a steep pull up from the car park. Not easy to find by car. However for the reasonably fit only 5-10 minutes walk from town centre, harbour et cetera.
Bathroom had no shower but a large stand-alone bath. Bath had no hand holds or handles and stood on a slippery wooden floor seemed like an accident waiting to happen.
Bedroom window could not be opened to enjoy the sea air.

Great location just a short stroll from the harbour. Lovely room, clean and tidy with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was fabulous, the best full English I have had for a long time. Friendly staff.

Great location for what we needed! Cute little place
Wasn’t a huge fan of only having a bath available
to us in the room, would’ve benefited more with
a shower. Also not sure if there was a fridge in the
room but there was a weird noise going off during
the night which was a bit annoying for me as I’m a
light sleeper!

Warm welcome, excellent breakfast ( wish my poached eggs were as good ). Location and nearness of carprking. Tastefully renovated and lovely view.
No where to put anything in bathroom or bedroom - except the floor.
An aweful lot of steps for our old bones to negoiate - I know it's a lovely old building but prewarning of so many stairs would have been nice.

Building is a beautiful old 18th century house. Lovely rooms, decorated and fitted out with every convenience.
Great breakfast and helpful staff.
Fantastic location 2 mins from harbour and just a short walk to the beaches.
Not ideal for people with mobility issues as lots of stairs.

the Olive Branch was so perfect from the minute I arrived . My room was smart,clean and had pretty extra bits around such as pillows, pictures and all the requirements I needed.

The room was clean, the beds were comfy and we had a view of the sea from our room. The staff were welcoming and friendly and helped carry my luggage up to the room. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day.

We stayed here on the way to and from Lundy and it was great. Could see the boat from the rooms. Breakfast was superb, exactly what we needed to fuel us for a few days out.

Breakfast was outstanding, such a selection. Lovely clean and comfy room. Owners very friendly and helpful.
Nothing to do with the property directly as such but there is no on-site parking.

Friendly owners, great location, huge room, fantastic breakfast
Had to fiddle with spa bath plug to get it to work properly without draining, but more of a comment than a negative. Once sorted, we both had a great relaxing bath.

Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. Plenty of good restaurants around. And short walk to catch the ferry to Lundy Island.
I would have brighter colours on the top floor room.
