Good place to stay in ooty , complimentary breakfast was amazing we loved it

This hotel doesn't have breakfast or resturant.Hot water comes only in specified rooms not that clean.

Even though, I have made advanced booking they took lot of time to look for my booking and there was no towels given and as per booking there supposed to be one double cot and one single small tepoy, but nothing was there we slept on the floor with two additional mattress, it was not worth sleeping on the floor with mattress by paying Rs. 6000/- for one night. We were provided one room with one cot and other two slept on the floor with mattress. ti was not expected.

1. Cleanliness - hotel and rooms were clean. 2. Hospitality - Mr jafar & Mr Ramesh both were very helpful. 3. Hot water - both for drinking and shower 24*7 4. Breakfast - Quality was good. 5. Balcony - room had a balcony too.

1. Reachability - 100 meter patch from the main road till hotel is a bit hilly. 2. Breakfast - A bit cold and not warm as the kitchen is not in the hotel. 3. Bedsheets - pillow cover and bedsheets not changed daily.

Decent bed and a small balcony with a nice view.

Cleanliness not up to standard. No information provided about individual geysers in the room which required the key card to be inserted to heat it up. If i didn't take notice I would have a cold shower. Pictures of the property are very deceiving as when you get there it is not the same. Bathroom is really not great.

The hotel staff is very good. Ramesh and Jaffar were very polite and humble. Their help and guidence was very helpful for us to visiting the city. Hospitality wise its good. I would recommended this hotel if someone is looking for good hospitality. Overall my stay in this hotel is good.

The Rooms were Neat and Tidy with good maintanence, It is Located at a place which is close to the city center and the Staff were helpful. Would Rate it as Good Value for Money

Clean and hygienic rooms. Had a decebt breakfast. Great value for money. I suggest this Treebo for a comfortable and leisurely stay

They mixup bachelor and family rooms in one floor noone can sleep of loud noise
