Location was okay

The mattress wasn’t the most comfortabe

The property was clean and modern. it was spacious with parking. it was well designed and accommodated. There were fans and a tv in every room.

The shower tray would overflow making the bathmat wet.

Great location, only a short walk from Alum Chine beach

We had a great family holiday in Bournemouth and having a wonderful place to stay contributed to that largely. This apartment is in an excellent location; it is at the most with kids a 10 minute walk to the beach (prime location-Alum Chine-with facilities nearby). For adults only probably only over a 5 minute walk. The apartment was clean with everything we needed. There was even a washing machine and dryer, which came in handy. There was private parking out the front. Each room had a tv and the children were very appreciative of there being Netflix too. Even thoughtful measures such as hangers. It was handy to have an iron too. There was a camera out the front and on each floor, so we felt very safe. It was a lovely, friendly and welcoming neighbourhood. I was checked in with and asked if I needed anything. It was like going home from home and I would definitely recommend it. It was the reviews that swayed me and I’m glad I booked it.

Nothing about the apartment but as it was in the loft it did get quite warm on one of the days but we were provided with four fans and there was a cool breeze in the evenings.

The property worked for our needs. It was not a leisure break. We spent very little time in the property. Had we needed to it may have been less appealing. Proximity to beach for walks along promenade

It’s very tired and needs a complete refresh. Host needs to action reviews left from as far back as 2020. It’s overlooked, no privacy, beds are most uncomfortable. Overwhelming hot, but it is a loft apartment. Exaggeration on ‘stunning sea view’. Yes you can see it, tucked away in the left hand side of the lounge window, and is pleasant to see. We had a lovely rainbow too.

Very near to the Beach

No restaurants and shops near.

Fantastic location, v close to Alum Chine and Westbourne. Kitchen spacious and very well equipped, quiet. Parking was available during our stay.

Bed was so uncomfortable and noisy if you moved a mm, totally impractical, we only stayed one night, not 2 because of this. Velux window blind in bedroom was open so light coming in at 6am. Plastic bags left on pillows instead of pillow protectors?! Photos are not accurate the property is faded and tired, cushions on sofa bed smell and are very dirty as are covers on chair. Lots of dirty marks everywhere on walls etc and peeling paint. Needs more attention to detail. I did contact re bed and blind during stay but had no response!
