Nice sized room. The staff were all very friendly, especially Lorna.

The property needs some modernisation inside, both paintwork, furniture and bathroom fixtures. Breakfast choices could be a lot better.

Staff were so helpful with everything. They upgraded our rooms without being asked so that they could have us near to each other.

D'abord la gentillesse de toute l'équipe, aux petits soins avec les clients. Mention spéciale pour Ha, à la réception, qui a appris toute seule le français et qui se débrouille très bien. L'hôtel est à 15 mn à pied du coeur historique. Il prête gracieusement des vélos, très pratique pour sillonner le centre sans fatiguer. Sinon, bon confort global, chambre bien isolée par rapport au bruit de la rue, et petit-déjeuner correct sans plus. Piscine sur le toit, non utilisée.

The staff were lovely, our room was spacious and had a balcony which was refreshing. We made use of the spa (which I'd reccomend) and the rooftop pool. They offer bikes too so you can cycle around which we didn't make use of but would of loved to.

Cant complain - there was nothing we didnt like but breakfast was average and its about 15 min walk to the old town. (But being close to the main area is hectic) so depends which you prefer.

It was raining so we didn’t use the pool, however we enjoyed the roof top views. There was quite a bit of road noise. Rooms on the other side would be quieter.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal ... alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da es etwas abseits des "Trubels" liegt, ist es nachts auch nicht besonders laut. Dasd Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit "City-View" gebucht. Man hat uns dann in der 2. Etage ein Zimmer gegeben, bei dem der "City-View" darin bestand, aus beiden vorhandenen Fenstern gegen eine ca. 3m entfernte grüne Wand zu schauen. Wir haben dann die Chefin geholt und mit ihr gemeinsam den "City-View" genossen :-). Daraufhin bekamen wir dann Tags darauf in der 6. Etage ein Zimmer mit echtem "City-View". Schade, dass so etwas den ansonsten hervorragenden Eindruck ein wenig trübt .

Excellent stay, good location right in the centre and very close to the old town; beds are comfortable and the views are beautiful. The bathroom was particularly beautiful. Breakfast was also good, there was a mix of local and international cuisine and the fruit selection was great! The staff were very kind and helpful. I was a bit sad when we arrived because I had forgotten my power bank at the previous hotel four hours away and the receptionist noticed straightway that I looked sad. When I explained what happened she was willing to help me by checking it one of their drivers was going to Hue. This was very kind. We also got a souvenir gift from the owner which was lovely !!

There were a few things that were not perfect but nothing major. - moldy smell in the room although nothing could be seen (the first day they put a lot of perfume in so you will only notice on the second day, we stayed 4 and it got worse with every day) - used the laundry service and got pur dirty laundry back after a day (they immediately send it back and had it washed but was inconvenient) - wifi is spotty at best! The pool wifi is okay the rest was almost useless

We loved the staff! They went out of their way to make us comfortable. They spoke very good English and helped us navigate parts of the market in Hoi An. Great central location and walking distance to everything you need. The roof top pool is beautiful at night. Yung and Lona were wonderful to us.

Alles war ganz wunderbar. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mir ist selten so viel echte und herzliche Gastfreundschaft begegnet. Die Zimmer sind super schön, groß und sauber. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Auch der Pool auf dem Dach ist ein Highlight! Das Hotel ist einen kurzen Spaziergang von der wunderschönen Altstadt entfernt und somit perfekt gelegen. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier spontan um 2 Nächte verlängert und habe mich total wohlgefühlt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ins Uptown Hotel kommen.

Loved this hotel! It’s conveniently located, just walking distance from old town. The hotel staff gave us a warm welcome and gave us all the information we needed for a pleasant stay. They were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. It’s a good value for money.

Fantastic location and run by a beautiful family. We were so warmly welcomed and made to feel very special. They could not do enough to help us. The pool was a great reprieve after a busy day of sightseeing and great views of the area. It’s a good 10 minute walk into the old town but an easy walk or grab an e-taxi. We were a family of 4 and had the adjoining family room which was perfect for us. Comfortable bedding and very clean rooms. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Small hotel located just under 15 minutes walk from the Old Town. Clean room, fast WiFi, and friendly staff. Free bicycles to rent at reception and amazing rooftop pool. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Uptown and ended up extending from 2 nights to 4. The staff are so lovely - friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great, close to old town to either walk or bike in. Our room was clean and a good size with a view over the city. The rooftop pool is also ideal for the hot days. Would definitely recommend and we will be back next time we are in Hoi An!
