Spotless, high end mattress and location

Breakfast was fab. Choice on hot meal, plenty of cereal choice, toast, jams and fruit They made pancakes with nutella and banana for our 4 year old which was lovely 😍 They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay and always on hand if anything was needed. Very welcoming 🙂

Nice clean room well above the usual standard in Blackpool. Hosts were very friendly and alway happy to make sure your stay with them was as good as possible. Breakfast was first class and nice and freshly cooked for you.

This place is run by a lovely couple that go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Dominic and Paul are perfect hosts. I have stayed in many bed and breakfast hotels in Blackpool over the years, and this is by far the best. It is usually booked up for Rebellion as I'm guessing people book it the year before. But I was lucky this year. The building is beautifully decorated. I absolutely loved their decor. The garden area is equally lovely to sit for a morning coffee. The breakfast room is fabulous and spotlessly clean. There is plenty of hanging space in the room. Which is a rarity in Blackpool Bed and Breakfasts. Lovely breakfast, vegetarian and full english. Very nice fresh coffee. We have precooked ready for next year. Thanks both See you soon xx

Love the decor of this property , really is a feast for the eyes . Dominic is a very charming and attentive front man while Paul cooks a fab breakfast. Very clean and close to all attractions. I only hope this property is available next time we visit Blackpool

Good location. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Paul/Dom made us feel welcome nothing was too much trouble.

Location is great and hosts are very accommodating

It's an old building and the facilities are rather limited but the hosts make up for it by doing their best to ensure guest comfort. All properties we saw in the area are about the same level of sophistication so it's not that bad in comparison
