The house is really comfortable, everything you need is supplied. Great location between Bicheno and Coles bay. Wildlife around , great place to use as a base to explore or relax.

We were fine but i guess if you had a 2wd car with minimal ground clearance the road into the house could be an issue.

Everything was to our liking. The place is gorgeous and private and in a secluded location.

Nothing to do with the rental but the design could have been better. Why only 1 toilet for 2 bedrooms? Architect could have easily designed it into the plan. No blind in main lounge meant hot sun in afternoon.

Unfortunately, we were only told about access to the property a day before our visit. Bookings maps show the house at 845 Coles Bay rd not 2KM from the road. The email a day before arrival indicated that it was a 2KM bumpy road. On arrival we had to leave our car at the front gate and friends had to get a 4WD to get us to the house as it has been raining and there was deep water to cross. So not a great outcome

When we booked we looked at the photos of beaches, sand dunes, activities listed on the property listing. Due to lack of car rentals available in Tasmania at the moment we were dropped off at the property 2km up a dirt track and pretty much stranded there! No wifi for first day (sorted quickly though 🙏) I just think if you book this property you must know it is extremely isolated and nothing in walking distance Norhing!! We were very disappointed as we thought we had booked a house with access to beach walks. The house is beautiful though. The owners extremely helpful 🙏

Hard to describe, just so incredible. Quiet, peaceful location for meditation and relaxation. Beautiful surroundings, birds and nature. Wonderful comfortable house with modern eco friendly comfort. Complete mental reboot after a crazy 2020. We so needed this.
