There must have some basic things in the washroom like hand wash or soap atleast

Booked Deluxe AC room but they assigned me normal non ac room. After help of police they assigned me the booked ac deluxe room. very bad experience, unprofessional and clever staff who can trap you if you are not enough active. So beaware from this hotel/hostel.

Central location

Lift not available. The bathroom was not clean and shower was not available. Soap and towel are not available.

The staff is good

I had paid online and i received discount by oyo, which the hotel did not accepted and asked me to checkout and sepcially asked me to not extend my stay

Everything is in Very bad shape.

More money was charged from the booked amount. Picture were not matching with actual property. There was construction work going on at reception.

Staff and service was excellent.
