Fantastic location close to everything we wanted for our two families. Definitely would recommend and will be back. House was lovely and clean. Host was very welcoming. Stayed previously and house has been nicely updated since.

we had to clean the kitchen before it could be used and there were toiletries left in the bathroom. needs refreshing, looks a bit tired and we were unable to use the patio as there were no keys.

We had a very nice weekend! The house was ideally located, very clean and the property manager was great.

Property was very close everything, the bedding was clean and rooms were great, good central location, kitchen/dining room was a great social area with plenty of glassware
We got to the property at about 3:10 pm I had received no check in instructions from booking.com on how to gain entry, luckily the housekeepers were across the road in a property to help us out, we also received a complimentary bottle of prosecco for the confusion, Shower on the middle floor was not very powerful, more of a trickle

the location was great, and the owners were friendly
it wasn’t very clean (you could tell it needed a good vacuum clean) and parts of the property looked run down and in need of some good old TLC

Amazing location was so close to everything we wanted to get to. Every room was really clean and all the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was great for us all and was very spacious. Loved it!

Location was great
The people were lovely, but the place needs a good refurb. It felt more like a student house. There was a leaking radiator, a hole in the floor covered over with gaffa tape, weird meat in the freezer, only 2 sofas for 10 guests, the tvs in rooms had no remotes, a blind that didnt shut on the middle floor bedroom so the neighbours could see in, the floors were dirty and it was really loud till 3am. At £400 for one night I would not stay again.
