We enjoyed our time, even in the off-season. Sadly, the sargassum was on the beach when we arrived, but I am amazed at how quickly and thoroughly the beach was cleaned. And on a Sunday! Everyone we encountered was friendly and very helpful.

We had a time at Ocean One. The property was beautiful, the condo was sparkling clean all our rooms were fully equipped with everything we needed . The beds were comfortable as well. Having ac washer andc dryer was a plus. The pool was always clean and access to the beach and other restaurants near by was also a plus. We had a car so getting around was simple since we were not far from Saint Lawrence Gap nightlife. Also there were numerous beaches near by as well. The condo did not disappoint, everything we needed was available in the condo . The host even left us items to make breakfast and also left some refreshments in the refrigerator, that was a plus. The pick up at the airport was very accommodating the driver was friendly and professional, making sure everyone was picked up although our group arrived at various times throughout the day. Access to the condo was easy as well. Whenever we are visiting Barbados again we will return to Ocean One.Until next time Thank you for the lovely accommodation.

Our 5 th trip to Barbados however first stay at this condo and area . Very spacious and most well equipped unit have stayed at . Very clean , secure and comfortable , great air conditioning . Appreciated access to the gym.
Having stayed prior in St. Lawrence gap and Worthing was slightly hesitant to book re distance to restaurants etc . This was not an issue , easy walk to the gap or road to access public transportation and beach options dining available near by . Would definitely stay again !

Our apt at Maxwell Properties was excellent. The unit is exactly as pictured, the grocery starter pack was perfect, airport transfers were fantastic, communication with the property manager was excellent throughout the trip- and the beds were so comfortable. We would return to this same place without hesitation if we vacation again in Barbodos.

This was my third time at Ocean One and it won’t be my last. I came with friends and once again everything was terrific. From the provided pick up at the airport to the trip back to the airport, everything went smoothly. The view from our room was gorgeous and the outdoors space was spacious. The condo was well equipped with just about anything you would need to prepare meals. The bonus was having a few groceries stocked in our fridge upon arrival! We took advantage of the short walk to St. Laurence Gap and enjoyed the restaurants in the surrounding area. Champers and Cocktail Kitchen were awesome. The property manager was always available and responsive to any questions. We always felt safe and were met with nothing but kindness no matter where we went. I’ve traveled extensively in the Caribbean and Barbados remains one of my favorite destinations. Thank you to the owners for providing an accurate description of our unit! Our vacation could not be more perfect.

Perfect place to get away. Spectacular views from the unit and the beach was wonderful. We spent our days relaxing waterfront. Everyone involved was accommodating and great to work with. Will be back.

Ocean one is a beautiful property nestled between Bougainvilla Hotel and Sandals. The property has a pool and jacuzzi right next to a stunning white sand beach. The property feels very secure with a remote access gate and key fob required to enter building and use the elevators. The apartment was very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay even beach cups and a cooler. The furniture and appliances were clean, modern and in good working condition. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The property manager, Akilah was responsive and available when I needed her. Transport from the airport was timely and comfortable. If you don’t feel to use the well appointed kitchen, Calabash Beach Bistro right next door in Bourgainvilla Hotel was affordable and food was excellent. Deia Beach Club is also close by, food and drinks were top notch. I cannot wait to return to this location for my next trip.

Prefect location! The property was as described. Pictures were on point and looked exactly as advertised. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Property is gorgeous! Kitchen and rooms amazing. Views are breathtaking.
Security is great you can not access this property unless you are a registered guest, love this especially travelling with our teenage daughter.
Maxwell beach is great and close proximity to walk to food and shopping.
Recommend- changing the refrigerator and microwave outdated and takes long to heat food. Also having some bottle water.
Also list of events happening for week is nice added but overall great place to stay.

The property was exactly as advertised, and was a wonderful place to call home in Barbados. Great AC, beds were super comfortable, nice access to pools and beach, and everyone felt very safe. Will definitely return!

Plus we had a partially stocked fridge
Dover market was a 7 min walk along beach but go to Massy Warren for best groceries.
Beach was perfect. Only complaint would be a couple palapa sat beach woukd be nice addition

Excellent property for 5 ladies (or 3 couples). Pros: beachfront, oceanfront, awesome views, close to fast bus service-never more than a 1 min wait for a bus, Clean unit, 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with spices, cutlery, bar fridge, outdoor dining table and 2 loungers, shampoo/conditioner, lots of supplies, a safe for passport etc. Close to a few bars/restaurants. Cons: no dishwasher, ice maker doesn’t dispense - you need to pour into a bowl in freezer.
Would definitely recommend and would return here!!

The condo was lovely. We enjoyed our time there. The only down side was we had to taxi everywhere. Wayne the taxi driver who helped us the most was wonderful as was his wife. We had a great week.

Property was as indicated on the listing. Seamless check in process. The complimentary pick up at the airport is a very nice touch and very much appreciated. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Any questions were responded to quickly. The pool and grounds were very well kept. Also there was an abundance of loungers The location is very accessible to St Lawrence gap within walking distance of a wide variety of pubs and restaurants. This is our 4th time to Barbados. I would rebook this property without hesitation.

The apartment is located right on maxwell beach, the apartment was very spacious with great AC & very clean. Excellent views from our 5th floor apartment. Only slight negative is there isn’t to much near by in the way of shops it’s a taxi journey away however Wayne or Julien is only a phone call away to take you!!

Little piece of paradise!
Our trip to Barbados was awesome. This unit was immaculate and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. From the airport pick up arrangements to the grocery in the fridge upon arrival it was pretty low stress.
The view was amazing. Beach was beautiful, gardens and pool area relaxing.
Communication with host was always prompt.
Good times had by all!

Paradise
Our trip to Barbados has been amazing. This property is just the cherry on top. We were picked up from the airport by Wayne who was very helpful and friendly. The property feels very safe from a doorman to key card entry in the elevator. The groceries in the fridge were great because we were starving upon arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped to have dinners on the balcony. Perfect beach and pool access. We rented a car so the grocery store and restaurants were just 4 minute drive. Our stay here has been wonderful and we are definitely coming back. Thanks for the amazing experience.

Fantastic stay
Ocean 1 is an amazing property, ideally placed for sun and sand; clean, safe and comfortable. Our apartment was immaculate and was well stocked. We made use of the coffee and tea, and left some items in return. We feel really good staying there, and plan on returning soon.

Great Stay!
Booking and check-in were very easy and the complementary food and beers were a very nice touch! We were greeted and given a tour when we arrived along with a number to call if we needed anything. Both the building and the unit were lovely. The unit was very spacious and clean, with a great view on the sea.

Akilah, the manager is meticulous and defines customer service at its best. I would highly recommend this property. Akilah the property manager was very courteous and helpful with ideas to make our vacation experience even better. And Wayne the driver always availed himself to assist us with errands during our stay, beyond the offered airport pickup and drop off. And to top it all up, the property was in pristine condition and the ocean view off the balcony simply gorgeous.
