. The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel didn't let us stay, as we had British passports and non-Indian guests weren't allowed to stay at this hotel. Why Booking.com allowed this hotel to be listed for me in my search, as well as being able to book it is baffling.

Having to hastily arrange another booking, in the reception area, then pay for the transport to get to the new hotel. Then waiting days to get a refund for this cancellation.

Previously the property was handled by some another company. I've stayed here many more times this time the receptionist was very arrogant. He offered me very small rooms. Previously the hospitality I received from this property was awesome but as soon as treebo is handling this property they won't worry about customer satisfaction. I hope this is sorted very soon. Else I don't wish to stay hereafter in this property.
