What can I say? David and Vance are amazing hosts! Their beautiful B&B is located in gorgeous country side, the rooms are to a very high quality with lovely little details such as fresh flowers. The bed was so comfy and we all slept very well. The whole property is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast options are fabulous, the cooked breakfast was delicious using local fresh products. They were even kind enough to post my wife’s earrings which we forgot. I really cannot faut the experience at all and I would highly recommend a visit, me and my family will be back!

Vance gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and outlined all we needed to know for our breakfast the next morning , which was really out-standing --- no trouble with me being a coeliac for gluten-free , David was able to give me a full English breakfast , one of the best I've had away from home !! Room was furnished to a very high standard and very cosy on a dull, grey December evening . Shower was wonderful ---- easy to control--- unlike so many that leave you freezing or boiled alive !! Also a wonderful assortment of teas, coffees , chocolates and biscuits were a lovely touch. We only had one night up in Norfolk to see the Thursford Xmas Show, but would love to come back again and us this as a base for exploring round this part of the Country !!

Excellent B&B, great view from my room of sun set then, at breakfast, which was prepared early for me, entertained buy the woodpeckers feeding and donkeys strolling past, Loved it!

The delicious breakfast including the spectacular view while we ate, the bathroom had a large shower area and soft, fluffy towels, the tea and coffee making facilities were exceptional with lots of extras and fresh milk. Hosts were very attentive and we would love to return in the future

Beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was provided and served efficiently and very precisely. We enjoyed the lovely views from both our room and the breakfast room. Vance & David were very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Only that our room, whilst excellent in every other way, was quite cramped leaving no space for a chair, which we would have liked, and necessitating an inconvenient closure on the en-suite door.
