My husband and I and our 3 boys and 2 of our friends spent 3 nights at this lovely property in Boca del Mar in Boca Raton. The host was so helpful and very responsive, immediately answering any questions we had. The house is beautiful and everything is very up to date. My kids loved the pool. When you stay here make sure to go out thru the back gate and walk around in the beautiful private park with lake behind the house. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Very enjoyable stay

The house was extremely clean and had plenty of space. We enjoyed relaxing around the pool in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect. Any questions we had were responded to immediately. We had a wonderful visit!

It was a pleasure dealing with the owner. He was quick to answer any questions I had before and during our stay. Once we were there he even checked in to make sure all was ok.

A really nice spot for a family that wants to enjoy south Florida

This property has everything you need for a nice family vacation. Came stocked with all necessary items and it’s clear that it’s a well oiled machine. Expectations/communication are very clear and easy.

We had not seen my FIL in over 2 years due to Covid. It was so nice to be able to gather in a great home with plenty of entertainment. This allowed us to remain safe while swimming, playing air hockey and playing games. The communication with the host was fabulous and we could not have had a better time.

We had a wonderful time at this property in Boca while visiting family we had not seen in months due to the pandemic. It was clean and conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There is a grocery store within five minutes. We had a short drive to the beach. The pool was key for our family. There was excellent communication with the property owner!! This is a great place to stay!

This house was the perfect getaway for our family of 5! It was very kid friendly and had everything we needed for small children. It was in a great neighborhood with a nice pond and walking path and was close to lots of stores and restaurants! Would definitely stay again!

I’m in love with this house! It is decorated beautifully. So many extras to make for a special vacation. Plenty of space for a family (or 2). The game room / fitness area was a plus! The owner was very attentive and quick with responses. We will likely be back to this area and this will be the first house that I’ll try to book again!

Delightful home, great communication from the owner, and a fabulous place to spend a week with my family. The young kids loved the pool, and having a lake to walk around right in the back yard was an added bonus.

The property and communication with the owner exceeded our expectations. Simon was proactive in giving us information and responded quickly to all of our questions. The house was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, the nighborhood was lovely, and the house was clean and stocked with important basics. We spent most of our time in the backyard. The kids played in the pool for hours at a time. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

House was clean and spacious. Plenty of things to do even when it was raining. Loved the pool. Convenient location to shopping, downtown Boca and the beaches. Nice walking path behind the property. Safe and quiet community.

Simon was a great host, nothing was too much trouble and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The villa was spacious and tidy and just what we were looking for. The outside front and yard were a little untidy on arrival but gardeners arrived next day to put that right. A suggestion for future reference would be to jet wash the pool area and covered area . Thanks for a good trip to Boca.

My family booked the home for several weeks and drove three days to arrive at it. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a strong musty smell upon entering. As we unpacked our things, the moisture-like smell started to affect me. I told my husband, and he noticed it starting to affect his lungs too. It was stronger smelling in the kitchen, dining and living area than in the back bedrooms. While in the kitchen, I looked up at the vent and noticed black spore-like formations coming out of the vent. Then in the dining room a few feet away, I noticed it too. On the wall opposite the vent a few feet away, directly where it blew onto, I saw a black spore-like growth pattern about three feet by two feet. I also saw that the large vent in the living room wall had a thick layer of dust in it and coming out. On the wall where the living room joined the dining room, I noticed a moisture-like stain on the wall and also saw what looked to be a large crack that looked like someone tried patching it high on the ceilings. Lastly, my youngest son was excited to sleep on the top bunk in one of the bedrooms closest to where I found these concerns. I noticed the same black spore-like formations in the vent about his bunk, which was only a few feet away from where he would sleep for weeks. We have never had this type of experience, but upon talking about it, we decided that it presented a health and sanitation issue and could not stay in the house. We felt like the problems were also more than just something that was fixable as a cleaning issue. The owner appeared blindsided by our observations and claimed it was a cleanliness issue. He said he had his home maintenance person visit who was an HVAC tech and that it was a dust issue. He also said he had a moisture company come out who said it was also dust. If his maintenance person had a speciality in HVAC issues, I don't think this problem would have existed. Also we did not receive any substantiation from a moisture company. The one I called said that tests would have to be run that take a week. Unfortunately, I think the issues I experienced with this home are bigger than just an eye spot. I think the home needs possible roof work and there may be leaks into the walls that are causing mold. Lastly, the owner did not refund any of our money, which represented a great amount. I had to put the concern of the health of my family first and foremost, but it is clearly very disappointing to say the least.

All was great and as advertised. Kitchen was very well stocked although we didn’t need most of the supplies. All beds were very comfortable and House was clean. Owner was responsive and attentive. Perfect for families costing their kiddos at FAU

Great place!

We enjoyed relaxing in this home with the pool and beautiful park just outside the gate! It is located near major shopping, polo grounds , beaches and entertainment. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. We highly recommend this property!

Home was just as advertised. Nice size yard for pets. Private. Also had direct access to private park. Trail walk around lake. Very relaxing. House was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the ping pong table and air hockey too. Simon, the owner was very nice to talk to. Made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Our family of five was extremely comfortable and pleased with this immaculate home, conveniently located near many sights and activities. The house is spacious. All of the bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. Great, well equipped kitchen. Lovely outdoor area with pool and swing set. Neighborhood is nice for walking or running. Communication with owner was perfect along with easy arrival and departure instructions. We will be back!!!

It was a pleasure stay there, the bed was incredible confortable. Quiet neighborhood, closed to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. We spend Halloween night there, my kids really enjoyed! Great communication with Abe, he was very kind. The house has everything you need to spend great days. Clean, nice pool and garden. We can’t wait to visit again.

A well-cleaned, well-stocked property with plenty of sleeping space, fun games, and a beautiful pool. The owners were very flexible in accommodating my plans, and I recommend this home highly!

The beds were all mega comfortable and the showers had great water pressure! The garage is setup as a recreation room with great amenities — large tv, air hockey. Ping pong and exercise and recreational equipment and it is air conditioned! The pool and play structure were well maintained and the gated privacy fence property backs up to a park! The owner was responsive and very accommodating! Seriously — we couldn’t have found a better place for our family to gather!

We stayed here over the July 4th week to reunite with family of all ages. We were counting on the place to supply the ordinary things such as towels, clean kitchen utensils, various amenities etc. On the surface, everything was ok. However, we quickly realized that the kitchen had filthy skillets, bowls, and utensils that used and returned unwashed with debris left from the previous user? We had to call to find access to more lines and towels ( that were only enough for 4 people when they knew we reserved the place for 5 adults and 5 children). The TVs did not function in two of the rooms but we were instructed how to troubleshoot and fix them. The most frustrating of all was the pool situation. It was filthy, stagnant and filled with gnats and we were unable to use it for 4 days. We were in contact with Simon at various times over several days regarding the pool and were finally able to get the pool service to come out to clean, circulate and filter the pool. Overall, I feel as if the place was not ready/ cleaned for us. If a cleaning crew was there to clean and supply the normal accommodations this review would have been much higher.

A very nice property for 4 generations to hang out together. My only concern is that the floors are very slick when wet, so you need extra towels to mop up if swimmers come into the dining area from the pool. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool!

We found this Boca Raton home a great place to stay over the Christmas holiday. It is very well located, close to and easily accessible to area attractions. Good restaurants and shopping are very close. The house is very comfortable, sleeps 11 with nice dining and kitchen areas. We would definitely consider this location again in the future. Simon was very responsive, promptly answering any questions we had.

We had an amazing chilled time. The house and the pool were great. Everything was really clean. And Avi made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come again!!
