room are closer to pool and also a nice view out the window

I love the overall place, ambiance, pool, room was spacious. Yellowtown cafe was also great. Though I was misinformed about the registration during Easter Sunday, the manager was able to help us out. The employees assumed I had the reservation on the event so they said Sunday is when I can register. They could have asked if i had a reservation (which I could have paid Friday - 2 days prior the event). We were told that no slots were available but good thing, on the day of the event, the manager confirmed our kids can join and they were happy.

1. Heater was not working though we reported it twice. For the 3 days stay, it didn't work at all. Technician said he will check on their main switch but still it wasn't working. Pretty cold after swimming in the pool. 2. Breakfast buffet didn't have much choices, also restaurant was packed and small. 3. Gameroom only had billiard table, if it was bigger/more choices would have been great. They could have separated the gameroom and gym. 4. We found some candy under the sofa and charger - which means it wasn't cleaned properly prior.

El alojamiento es muy tranquilo, todas las habitaciones dan hacia la piscina y la gente no suele hacer ruido al usarla. Tienes tu propia terraza donde disfrutar de la temperatura, que es más fresca que en el resto del país.

Para el desayuno tienen poca variedad, podrían ofrecer algo más. El horario de la piscina podrían ampliarlo hasta las 10 de la noche. Hay iluminación suficiente y la verdad se agradecería.

The pool should be nice and warm, especially the jacuzzi.

the place is nice and the staff is so helpful and accomodating, especially the staff in the restaurant Dekada. They are very prompt and attentive to your needs. The hotel interiors are warm.and welcoming..I like the decorations and bible quotations displayed on the various parts of the hotel. The hotel pool was a bit cold as it was already late in the afternoon when we had a swim but there's a warm jacuzzi to relax and get lazy. The hotel rooms are clean and massive! the beds are comfy and the terrace is a nice place to chill and relax. I also like their special letter addressed to their room guests. overall stay is great and i would love to stay again.

wifi signal is a bit tricky. they gave me various codes to key in to connect to wifi but nothing worked.

- small pillow on bed didn't smell good - pool is not heated in the cold weather

Wifi did not work so we had to leave early because I couldn't do work I could have while vacationing if wifi was working. :(
