Ubicada aproximadamente a 150 metros de la playa, nuestra excelente casa de vacaciones se encuentra en un entorno tropical perfecto. Un árbol de Guanacaste magníficamente conservada acentúa la belleza de la tierra. Los exuberantes jardines tropicales se tejen alrededor de esta sensacional joya de dos habitaciones y dos baños, que se abre a una piscina en cascada de dos niveles y un área de descanso, ideal para darse un chapuzón en el agua o una tarde para disfrutar de los ricos rayos de sol de Costa Rica.
Nuestras cuatro villas de dos habitaciones son de una sola planta. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama king-size y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado, y las puertas corredizas de vidrio se abren hacia el patio de cada habitaci��n. La ropa de cama de lujo y los excelentes colchones son la clave del confort divino que brindan nuestras camas. A wonderful 2 bedroom unit, with a lovely pool. It is just up the street from the beach and walking distance to the town with all the wonderful restaurants. We also heard some of the howler monkeys in the trees! And the A/C worked great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Breeze during a week-long getaway, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout; the property boasts a manicured landscape that feels like an oasis. The location couldn't have been better. The Breeze offered easy access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. Whether I was exploring the nearby shops and restaurants or taking a leisurely stroll through the streets, everything was within walking distance. I should also add that the rooms are very spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable.
But what truly made my stay memorable was the amazing host, Jean Marc, and the outstanding staff, Luca and Migdalia. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Jean Marc went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing valuable recommendations for places to visit and dine. Jean Marc and Luca are great to talk to, and we spent several mornings having coffee and catching up; in all my travels, I have never had such a pleasant experience. Pura Vida!!
Overall, my experience at The Breeze was nothing short of exceptional. The cleanliness, convenient location, amazing host, and friendly staff all contributed to making my stay truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience in Tamarindo.

Magical stay with the family. Truly walkable to a couple great beaches!! The kids loved it and we felt truly relaxed with all the amenities. Everything just felt easy and Jean Marc and team went above and beyond. Would and hopefully will stay again.

We recently stayed at one of the villas at The Breeze in Tamarindo and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The villa was exactly as pictured and was perfect for the three of us. The property is well maintained inside and out. Luca, the property manager greeted us as soon as we arrived and helped us get settled in. Luca and the owner Jean Marc came by daily to ensure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Migdalia is a sweet young lady that came by daily to clean the villa and also provided us with laundry service. If we ever make our way back to Costa Rica we would definitely stay hear again. Thank you for everything!

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids ages 12 and 14) loved our three night stay at this property. The house was spacious and extremely clean. The location was great - close to the beach and restaurants yet set back from the street and private. There is also a food truck park nearby. The pool was great. We saw monkeys, parrots, and a huge iguana from our patio. As the mom of the group I really appreciated the daily cleaning service. They even did our dishes. And one morning it rained and there was a big umbrella waiting for us on our patio so we could still go to the beach. Our boys made use of the boogie boards every day. The AC kept the bedrooms cool for good sleeping. Overall this is a great spot. Highly recommend.

me and my family had a great time (my kids are and 5 and 8) super close to down and 3 min walk to the beach. our place was perfect for a family of four, our cottage had two bathrooms which was great and Lucas the property manager was super helpful if we needed anything. The cleaning lady was awesome too and did a great job while we were out. We'll be back some day for sure!

My family just spent 5 days in Tamarindo and we were lucky to stay at The Breeze. An oasis just a block up from downtown Tamarindo. The property was so clean, so inviting and beautifully landscaped. It was so nice to dip in the pool in the afternoon and watch the Howler monkeys in the trees above. We walked to the beach every day and had great choices of restaurants so close to our home. Rhonda set up all of our transportation and activities which allowed us to enjoy Costa Rica even more. We loved our stay and we will be back again 100%. Pura Vida!

Rhonda and Jean Marc were wonderful hosts and a wealth of information about Tamarindo. The property is a little private oasis just steps from the beach. First time in Tamarindo and we’ll return. Great casual restaurants and fun bars on and off the beach. Don’t miss the night market on Thursdays. Luca touched base with us daily to make sure all was well, and the staff were a joy! Five stars from us!

We love everything about this property! Fantastic location close to restaurants, shops and most importantly the beach! We were warmly greeted by Lucas and our wonderful host Jean Marc and and had daily access to them to ask questions about the area. Our Villa was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. It was cool, quiet, clean and comfortable. The pool and grounds were a little oasis and we will most definitely be back. This one is a 10/10.

Jean marc was an excellent host he did everything to make us feel welcome! We loved his place, the first morning we were there we woke up to a really cool monkey show way up high in the trees! Super clean, wonderful management and staff! Excellent food (pig roast) right at the corner! Red snapper on the beach also excellent! Horseback riding on the beach! Loved it all!!

The owners were easy to work with and flexible in helping us with our arrangements. The staff was exceptionally friendly and everyone was professional. Accommodations were just as expected. The walk to the beach was short and though we were close to town it truly felt like we were secluded in a private retreat. Would definitely be happy to return for another visit.

Tamarindo Gem
Location is everything in Tamarindo and this one can’t be beat! One short block away from the beach, shops, restaurants, and basically all that the town has to offer yet with secluded privacy. Jean Marc, Rhonda, and their staff made our stay incredible from start to finish. We saw howler monkeys, iguanas, an owl, and various other birds right on the property. Jean Marc and Luca connected us with surf lessons, board rentals, and restaurant suggestions such as Dragonfly (must go)! It was a trip we will never forget as a family… thanks and Pura Vida!

We cried when we had to leave
I don't often write reviews, but couldn't let this opportunity pass. This was the most amazing vacation experience we have ever had. The place is even more beautiful in-person than the pictures. We went with our family (two tween/teen boys) and it was the perfect set up for us. This place is literally steps away from all of the restaurants/shops and also the beach. One lovely surprise was a food truck court just steps away. We dined there daily. After spending time in town or on the hot beach we loved coming through the gates of "the breeze" to our tropical oasis with shade and a pool. All of that said, our favorite part of "the breeze" were the people (the owner, the property manager and the maintenance/cleaning staff). My husband and I both shed a few tears saying goodbye. I have been to Tamarindo three times, and I plan on returning. I will never stay anywhere else than here.

Paradise!
My family and I stayed here from 3-6-2021 to 3-13-2021. Luca was waiting for our car to pull up and welcomed us. He showed us around the property and introduced us to Martha. We had the entire property to ourselves for the week. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The grounds were beautiful and full of wild life. We had Howler monkeys in the tree right outside of our door. At one point we were completely surrounded by monkeys swinging in the trees above us. We also saw parrots, hummingbirds, iguanas, squirrels and racoons. Just watching the wildlife was worth the cost for the week. Luca gave us great advise on restaurants to dine at and tours we could take. Martha was amazing and kept the entire place tidy 100% of the time. She even did our dishes! The pool was perfect and we used it daily for relaxation and some fun. We would love to go back and I can't imagine booking anywhere else. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Property, Friendly Staff
We were greeted as soon as we arrived and provided with all of the information we needed. The property and condo are beautiful, just like the pictures, but better :) The Staff is very friendly and someone is always around if you need something, with security at night. Highly recommend and would return. The owners are also very nice and attentive.

Slice of Heaven
My boyfriend and I stayed here with my sister and her husband and loved everything about this place! This was our third time visiting Tamarindo and were happy we found this spot. We have stayed at a few different hotels and rented in the past two years. We love this town so we've made it a point to stay a few different spots every time we visit in search of our perfect place to return.
This is a great location close to the beach but feeling the quiet seclusion away from the hustle and bustle of the town. This location gives you a quick walk to the shops, great restaurants, and the beach. The walk to the beach also allows you to be on the quiet end of the beach and provides a more shaded short cut into town. The pool was a great break to cool off durning the peak sun hours in the afternoon. We enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen to cook breakfast in. The staff kept the grounds and rooms clean. We also were able to see howler monkeys, huge iguanas, and beautiful costa rican birds right from our patio. There are a few other villas with the same set up. So if you're traveling with a larger group renting out a few of them, I would highly recommend. We had the pleasure of speaking with the owner in person and hearing of his recommendations of the town and even outside of town. If you have the chance check out Lolas (short drive to Playa Avellana.) If you are looking at visiting Tamarindo this place is the place to stay. It was a pleasure meeting you Jean Mark! Owners, Property manager, and care taker went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. Super safe location, across the main road to the beach. The property has a really cool vibe... we were the only ones there in July and had it all to ourselves (family of four). I'd definately stay there again!
