Very clean, new facilities and each bed had everything you'd need over and above, linens and towel: locker to store your bag (under bed - keys provided to lock it), power point and usb ports for charging devices, reading light and curtain for privacy. Bathroom and shower good size and clean. Common area with vending and coffee machine plus clothes rack for drying clothes very handy! Staff very friendly and helpful too.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Apartment was comfortable and completely with everything u need, expect washing machine but have near by loundry facility.

Didn't like noise in the evening from the restaurant/ maybe other residents.

Central location. Well maintained property. Beds in the dorms that provide extra privacy thanks to curtains on the bed. Many restaurants & bars at walking distance.

A glas of white wine in their restaurant costs 5,50 euro, which is very expensive according to Portuguese standards.

Take away breakfast could have had at least something sweet as well. Only a sandwich is not ideal. But there was water juice and a coffee capsule

We loved that it had a washer/dryer in the room. Perfect for the pilgrims doing the Camino

Ideally located in the historical area on the camino walk and near all the significant attractions of Santarem. Did not eat at Villa Graca but there is also a small resteraunt with an asian infusian vibe within. Great little place.

Room was not ready on arrival at 3pm, despite specifically requesting timely check-in

I liked that the building is near the main area but quiet enough to sleep well, the staff was very friendly (it was a new worker but she did so well 🙂). The room was spacious enough and the bunk bed was super cosy with black out curtains.

The toilet has a bidet hose but the water pressure was too strong to even want to try it out.

It was a perfect place.

For the purpose of my visit, that was the perfect location. Checking in was easy, and the staff was very welcoming. It was a very short stay (one night) but If I were to come back I will book again at the same property.

The breakfast options can be improved I think.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, great wifi, quiet location, helpful and friendly staff, we left luggage until we were leaving on the last day loved it !

The location is good

I booked for 3 people, but this place isn't comfy for that. For privacy and comfortable vacations, I recommend this place for maximum 2 people. The breakfast was too expensive for what you get. Too many stairs.
