Bienvenido a Sand & Sea te invitamos a hospedarte en Nelson Bay. Recientemente renovado y amueblado, nada se ha pasado por alto en esta casa.
Una sala de estar grande y atractiva con aire acondicionado de planta abierta lo recibe en el primer nivel, con sala de estar con sofá interior (traer ropa de cama propia), televisor de pantalla plana grande con Foxtel, DVD / CD y barra de sonido. El acceso desde la sala de estar es el patio al aire libre con muebles, gasBBQ y una sombrilla en voladizo cuadrada de 3 m, siéntese, relájese y disfrute de las magníficas vistas del puerto.
En el siguiente nivel se encuentra el comedor y la cocina totalmente equipada. Cada habitación cuenta con ventiladores de techo, armarios y televisores de pantalla plana. El dormitorio principal ofrece un baño privado y tiene acceso a un balcón. Todas las habitaciones ofrecen vistas al agua.
Otras características incluyen lavandería interna con lavadora, secadora y baño adicional, garaje para 2 automóviles con puertas remotas automáticas, biblioteca de libros / DVD, ducha al aire libre y más.
Hay dos caminos de acceso a la playa, de izquierda a derecha, desde la casa hasta la playa de Dutchies. A la derecha, al final de la tranquila calle sin salida, se accede por el acceso público a la playa de Dutchies, donde el camino también conduce a Nelson Bay y a d'Albora marina.

The property was well presented and fit for purpose.Neat and tidy with simple and usefully furnished with a good level of short term rental needs.The only potential improbpvement would be to have air conditioning in the upper level which gets hot during the afternoon. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are excellent. We might upgrade our own at home to this particular fan.The initial access code to get the keys was incorrect. Thankfully we arrives during business hours and with contacting the Agent the correct code solved the problem.

We had a lovely stay in the Sand & Sea beach house. It is a perfect spot to go as a family, the house is spacious and has all the amenities you may need. The location is fantastic and just a walk to the beach. We got lucky enough to even see dolphins from the balcony view. It is defs a spot id go back to and recommend to friends. My only critiques for improvement is the deposit process was a bit up and down and it took quite some time to get our money back. Additionally, the kitchen could do with some new knives :) Overall, nothing major.

Dutchies Sand & Sea Beachhouse was the perfect spot for our Mothers Day stay. The weather was perfect for sitting on the balcony looking out at the water view watching the sun go down. Plenty of space & beautifully furnished the house was actually warm at night & so quiet. Easy to find & access although the steps leading up to the house were a bit awkward with all our bags. Our 84yr mum had no issues with internal stairs but was not able to manage the stairs leading down to the beach.We dined at Nelson Bay Golf Club - great food & great service - and enjoyed a lovely long lunch at Little Beach Boathouse restaurant - worth every penny & highly recommend for the food & the staff.Dutchies Sand & Sea Beachhouse would easily house 3 couples but wouldn’t suit anyone with a disability.Overall it’s was a fabulous place to stay.

Location was good - amazing views but the beach access was a bit difficult for the older family members to walk down to.
Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable stay.

Circumstances meant only two of us stayed in the property, so more space than we needed. Lovely view despite the incessant rain and the house provided all we needed. TV remotes need some attention (Main bedroom in particular), minor first world problem!!! 🤣

It’s literally a 3-minute walk to Dutchmans (Dutchies) Beach and also a quick walk to the center of town and Marina. The property looks exactly like it does on the photos. Having access to a garage is rare in Holiday Rentals and was nice to have. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

We needed a break from the city and decided to stay here for 4 days mid week. It was perfect! The location was great, beautiful view from the balcony. The wi-fi was great for the days we had to work. The property was clean and had all of the amenities. It was stocked with plenty of tea/coffee/TP so you didn't have to run to the store the first day. We are looking forward to our next stay
