Hemos estado de vacaciones en Hilton Head, principalmente Sea Pines, durante más de 40 años. Montamos bicicleta, nadamos, caminamos, corremos, frisbee, pescamos, caminamos, etc. y siempre nos vamos sintiendo muy saludables. Rara vez nos subimos a nuestro automóvil una vez que llegamos y nos encanta. Nuestra segunda fila de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños completos se encuentra en la mejor zona de Hilton Head: el área de South Beach en Sea Pines. El sendero de la playa está convenientemente ubicado a solo unos pasos del patio trasero y lo llevará a una playa vasta, tranquila y hermosa. Algunas vistas al mar se pueden ver desde la sala de estar principal y desde el porche cubierto del dormitorio principal. La famosa zona de Salty Dog de Sea Pines está a 5 minutos en bicicleta y Harbor Town está a solo 20 minutos en bicicleta. 14 escalones lo llevan a la sala de estar principal, abierta y cómoda, con techos altos, pisos nuevos, nuevas secciones grandes y pintura. La sala de estar principal tiene un televisor de pantalla plana grande y un reproductor de Blueray. Las puertas de la sala principal conducen a la terraza acristalada y al porche delantero. El Sunroom fue pintado recientemente y es perfecto para descansar y tiene dos mecedoras y dos sillas grandes de mimbre.
La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con pisos nuevos, así como una isla de cocina recientemente ampliada, nuevas encimeras de cuarzo y un gran fregadero. La cocina da a los comedores y salas de estar y tiene vistas a la piscina. El comedor tiene una mesa grande y asientos para diez (10). También hay tres (3) taburetes en la isla de la cocina. Las puertas del comedor conducen a la cubierta posterior con una mesa, 4 sillas y una parrilla de carbón Weber.
El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el segundo piso y también tiene pisos y pintura nuevos. Cuenta con una cama King, TV, DVD y acceso a la terraza acristalada. El baño principal privado tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha y una encimera de granito. El tercer dormitorio se encuentra al otro lado de la sala de estar y tiene una cama queen. Hay un control deslizante hacia el balcón delantero. El cuarto dormitorio se encuentra al final del pasillo y tiene una nueva cama king. Esta habitación también tiene un control deslizante privado a un balcón. Hay otro baño completo en este nivel con una combinación de bañera / ducha y una encimera de granito.
La relajante área de la piscina está a varios pasos de la cubierta trasera. Hay cuatro sillas nuevas y cómodas, cuatro sillas de piscina adicionales y una mesa con sombrilla y cuatro sillas nuevas. La piscina también se puede calentar como opción. Internet inalámbrico está incluido.

This is a terrific home in Sea Pines on a very low-crowd area of the beach. Easy access to the beach on a nice path. Home has a great layout, with a second living room downstairs for the young adults or teens. Very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Pool is a great for when you return from the beach. Easy bike ride to South Beach and Salty Dog. Our family loved it!!

Th house was perfect for our family. It was well stocked very clean, comfortable beds , convenient to the beach and great communication with owner. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a great time relaxing by the pool after a day at the beach. Everyone had space to enjoy some quiet time as well as hang out watching movies and the Braves together! Thanks for the memories Hilton Head we will be back

Great stay at Chris’s place. Clean, great location,mostly updated original beach house. Chris was so kind and offered great communication during entire process of booking and throughout stay (how refreshing vs typical rental companies!!). We loved the house and would definitely consider staying here again!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay here. We started each morning drinking coffe on the screened in porch. The beach is a very quick 2 minute walk away and the kids loved the pool! Lots of space for everyone, our whole stay was very relaxing and easy!

Everything was outstanding...from the comfortable beds and sofas, to the linens, new bath towels, outdoor furniture and over all cleanliness. Loved that everyone could sit together at the table for meals and games, in either of the family rooms for movie night, and around the pool in the furniture provided. Loved the option of shade or sun around the pool as well as the outdoor shower to rinse off. Every room has a ceiling fan except the twin bedroom but they provided a box fan. They even had a dehumidifier since HHI can be quite humid. So close to the beach, Salty Dog, and we always enjoy biking to Harbor Town, the horses, and Truffles etc! Pickle ball, tennis, water sports and golf are also close by.

This is a lovely property tucked into a very nice part of Sea Pines yet has easy access to all areas. The house is very close to the beach and has a nice private pool area. The open kitchen & living area allows for easy interaction among guest. We also enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in porch. Overall quite glad we chose this property and would return.

We truly enjoyed this home. We loved the pool and proximity to the beach. You can hear and see (between the oceanfront homes) the ocean from the screened in porch and windows. The deck was great looking down to the pool. Our favorite HHI home in Seapines! Chris was great communicating prior and after our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Jeannie’s house. We were 6 adults and three children and the two living room layout is a perfect space for that. Kids downstairs adults up. The living areas are large and the giant couches are super comfy. Kitchen is very well stocked and the large dining table with bench seating sat everyone comfortably. The pool was a great hit and is so well situated that even on the windy days it is sheltered and warm. The ability to walk to the gorgeous beach is a must when you have little kids. Chris is a great host. Easily reachable and very helpful. We would certainly recommend this property for a great vacation on Hilton Head.

Great 90th birthday family gathering for my Dad. He loves walking on the beach and the seafood. Mostly perfect weather with a short walk to the water. The pool was also amazing, especially for the little ones.

Chris was very helpful with any questions and insightful information for the area and house. Our house was beautiful, very clean. We were so close to the beach, it took no time getting all of our beach stuff out there for the day.

Our family has been vacationing in Hilton Head since the mid 2000s. This is our fifth home we’ve stayed in on the island and several times during the week I heard “this is my favorite house we’ve ever had here!”
The home is very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. We loved having two living areas for the kids and the adults. The open floor plan upstairs made for great family time while cooking, eating, playing games and watching movies.
The mattresses are comfortable and the bedding and pillows all seemed new.
The location may be the best part. A two minute walk to the beach, which allowed us to spend more time than ever before on the sand.
Chris was a fantastic host and exceptionally communicative and available. Cannot recommend this home enough! An all around great experience!

We were absolutely thrilled with the property! Beautiful home nestled close to beach. This was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and we will definitely come back to this house! Chris did a great job making recommendations and was a great communicator. Beds were comfy and lots of linens were provided.

This is our second time staying at this property. It was just as perfect as the first time. Chris is very responsive. The pool is perfect and the 2 minute walk to the beach is ideal for a 4 and 5 year old. Everything you need is there! I’m sure we will be staying here again in the future.

We loved staying at this property with our family and my parents! Our favorite things were the pool, the deck, the screened in porch, and of course, the proximity to the beach. We have visited HHI many times but never stayed at a house that was so close to the beach. It made for a wonderful trip! There were little things that made it nice too: great pillows, good mattresses, comfy couch, and great pool deck loungers. We would come back without a second thought!

The location was amazing! A2-minute walk to the beach in the Sea Pines community. Close to restaurants, activities for teens and adults. The pool was a huge hit too. The interiors was bright and airy. It was a top favorite vacation for our family! Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had as well. We can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time renting a stay using VRBO. The experience was easy and efficient.
We loved this property! Location, location, location...We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the fact that it is nestled far back into the Sea Pines community, and that it is a cycling community. I ventured out by bike at least 4 out of the 6 days I was there.
The furnishing inside the house were nice. The kitchen and accessories in it allowed for good home cooked meals. Great family seating areas. This property facilitated an enjoyable escape from the daily hustle and bustle. I look forward to going back.

The house was exactly as advertised and we had a great time! Location was perfect and the house was clean and had a nice layout. It would be a perfect house for a family with 2 older children as there are 2 separate family rooms/ upstairs and downstairs! Chris is very easy to communicate with and the whole process was flawless! Would definitely rent again!

A very happy experience!
We had a wonderful time at this house. It was very comfortable and filled with any possible amenity we might need. We were so glad to be relatively close to the beach. We rented chairs and umbrellas that were set up and taken down each day . We’re coming back next year! Woo hoo!

Had a great week here! Walk to beach and rode bikes on all the trails available! Also had fun playing Pickleball at racquet club. Great round robin! Pool heater was not working and owner tried to get it fixed for us but part was not available before our week was up! Thanks Chris for letting us stay at your home. Maureen

Amazing Sea Pines location
We had a wonderful vacation week at this property. The location could not have been better, just a 3 min walk to the beach.
Our family of teens and kids enjoyed the layout as there was plenty of room for all. Although we didn’t cook (it is vacation..lol), the kitchen was well stocked.
Appliances were perfect - we did a few loads of laundry. The decor was light and beachy.
My parents have lived in Sea Pines for 25 years, so we were very picky in our search and this property met all our expectations. We would totally rent this home again!
