Nice hotel, large room, a lot of money invested here. The beach is small but this can be considered as an advantage because there are not too many people in the water.

The fact that I was not informed that I need to pay 10% more of the booking value (almost 100 EUR) because I paid by card and the cash option was not available. The other thing is related to cleaning of the room - the cleaning ladies are not vacuuming the room, they are only wiping the floor, moving the dust from one part of the room to the other.

Reception staff Erica & Cristiana went above & beyond. They were both so nice and very helpful & friendly. Excellent & brilliant at their jobs.

Breakfast could do with some more choices of bread, otherwise it was very good. The location was good especially for families with small children.

It would have been nice to have been able to play table tennis. The same goes for a bookcase where guests can leave books.

Breakfast always the same and boring. Staff uneducated and with pretty bad service.

Ambience is inspiring and food is delicious. We are very satisfied.

We booked for a side view room but got a delux room with sea view for the same price which was very kind from the staff. The indoor pool was amazing! We enjoyed the stay very much and would definitely recommend it!

Nice modern hotel, nice pool and beach area, nice restaurant, nice walk along the beach past the other newer hotels, much better area than further up, nice design.

Service for coffee etc in the bar area outside was a bit slow, the bedrooms were lovely and modern but pretty small, there wasn’t really even space for our suitcases. Breakfast was bad - you would expect much better from a hotel of this price but this is the same in all the hotels in the area - it was chaos, the food wasn’t good, there wasn’t glasses for juice or cups for coffee, staff weren’t clearing tables. In the restaurant no one was checking your room number either so you could probably just walk off the street and help yourself to breakfast - it was chaotic.

Hotel on the beach. Staff courteous and always available. Very nice food served at the restaurant.

Bed mattress definetively too soft. It creates troubles to people suffering from back pain. Cleanliness of the beach: too many cigarette butts.

The dinner we had there. the chef is very very good. also the staff at the reception is kind.

The buffet breakfast is awful. the food is so cold especially eggs. I asked the girl ( waiter) that was every morning there to warm up and she just moved ways. very rude. She seems to be unhappy. The main door of the pool is closed and they put some strange chemicals on the pool. The bed are so uncomfortable. The mattress are so soft and u go inside and ur back will pain the next day. The toilet are clean but so small.

Breakfast was good and convenient to go out to beach.

Sun Bed was to close to each others. Paid section was better. But since Sun Beds and Umbrellas were included they should make priority guest of hotel, not walk in visitors.
