Clean, ok location and good staff

This is a bit situational but, I initially booked for a Bosphorus view, the room had a partial view in which I would have to walk up the window and look right to see it. Otherwise the room view is the room of someone else in another building….which was uncomfortable.... And that’s why I asked for a higher floor which I did not get. My friend did not have the same booking. She got a higher floor and a free upgrade to a room better than mine. After I paid more. So I really feel disappointed about paying more than her then getting less……

Spacious room, very comfortable beds, house keeping very attentive, very quiet rooms, and excellent location. Staffs are very polite particularly Ms Suzan thank you for your kindness and for relocating my daughter room.

Chefs at the main restaurant is not consistent, some guests are profiled, tables are not cleaned properly during breakfast, need to pay attention to plates majority smell eggs.

Very nice view from Summit bar, excellent breakfast and very good shower.

Check in was very irritating and Rezeption Personal fuzzy. If need Airport transport check pricing first as their pricing for limo service looks ridiculous

Traumhafte Ausblick perfekt zentrale Lage. Fabelhaftes Frühstück insbesondere Personal im Restaurant sind sehr sehr nett und bemühen sich um alle ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen. Herzlichen Dank an Cumali Chef, Hasan, Cisil, Damla und Melek

Es war wirklich sauber und Zimmerservice war sehr schnell.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr aufdringlich und unfreunslich.

Breakfast wasn’t what we expected. Choices were good but taste was meh.

I had an upgraded room , which had beautiful view .Door men were great and helpful as were reception staff

Breakfast was kind of ok ,but not necessarly up to expectation for such great place , most dish that were supposed to be warm were lukewarm , fresh juices were scarce after 9AM ... maybe understaffed personal .

добродушный и отзывчивый персонал. Понравилось, что не создавали проблем с блокировкой денег на карте. понравился потрясающий вид из окна! вид был на город и он был прекрасен! просыпаться каждое утро с таким видом- не оставит места для плохого отношения!

все очень хорошо в целом, мы остались довольны! просто можно было бы разнообразить завтрак… хлеб был не всегда свежий.. выпечки - очень много, но для тех, кто следит за своей фигурой, к сожалению выбор был не большой. Но повторюсь, в целом это не замечаешь, потому что обслуживание на самом высоком уровне!все доброжелательны

Great location, very near to the best restaurants. Personal is very friendly. There is also beautiful panoramic bar in the hotel.

Very small room, a little bit amortized. We were for 2 nights and now one comes to clean the room for the whole stay.

- les bruits d'ascenseur dans la.chambre. - le fait de nous proposer d'emblée un surclassement "payant" (Sachant que la chambre était à l'évidence petite avec son lit d'appoint pour un ado 1,90m + la vue pas la meilleure + les colonnes d'ascenseurs à côté). Nous aurions pu être upgradé dès notre arrivée. Une autre chambre nous a été proposée le dernier jour. (Nous sommes restés dans la notre )
