سهولة الوصول الى ميدان تقسيم

النظافه والإفطار وإضافة مبلغ غير مذكور بحجة وجود اطفال وسيتم إضافة سرير ولم يتم ذلك الصور المعروضة غير مطابقه الواقع، كانت صدمة لنا عند الوصول حيث قمنا بحجز جناح وطلعت غرفه مع ممر

It was a great experience. Staff were very positive and welcoming. They always smiled and answered all questions. Hotel had type C charger and everything was new.

Breakfast was amazing I really enjoyed , stuff was helpful rooms was clean

Çalışanları ve konumu dışında hiçbir şey iyi değildi. Personel çok canayakın ve ilgiliydi.

Temiz değil. Havluları pis,ses izolesi yok. Tuvoletleri pis. Odalar,havlular ve çarşaflar pislik içinde ve kokuyor.

Frühstück war unserer Meinung nicht so gut. Das Gym ist nicht wirklich ein gym, hier stehen 3 Cardio Geräte und Kurzhanteln

المكان كان ممتاز جداً و الموظفين رائعين و نصح به و بقوة وإذا بغيت راحة و الموقع كل شي راح تحصله في هذا الفندق كل شي جميل جداً جداً أنا أجلست عندهم 6 ايام و كل شي جميل و لي رجعه له ان شاءالله

The location is really nice and near all shops and restaurants, the stuffs were really helpful and always on duty whenever I needed anything , the house keeper Saide were so nice , smile and warm , I felt like home

Just to be more accuracy when it comes to clean under the bed and to remove unwanted papers

A nice new small hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. especially guys at reception. Nice location - very close to boutiques in Nisantasi, walking distance to Bosphorus. I asked for a higher floor room if possible and the hotel provided that even with a Bosphorus view. Rooms are clean with comfy beds. Small, but comfortable spa - it was really good to take some time in a steam room in the morning.

I will not say I didn’t like the breakfast, but it would be good to have a wider selection of foods

Bell'hotel molto pulito e curato, con staff molto attento e Gentile, in particolare il signor Yasmil ed il general Manager dell'hotel. La colazione è buona e a buffet. Consiglio il caffè turco. Letto comodo e stanze ampie. C'è anche una carinissima SPA a disposizione dei clienti, che avrei voluto poter avere il tempo di sfruttare maggiormante

This hotel is a scam. I paid a premium for a "panoramic city view" (this was on my actual booking confirmation) but was given a room on the lowest floor with a view of the tobacco shop, a busy intersection, and men urinating in the street. See the photos of the "panoramic city view". After fighting with them for a day - there was no manager on site until late morning the next day - they finally gave me what I paid for, but told me it was an "upgrade". As if I should be grateful that they gave me what I paid for for half my stay.

Amazing staff - very kind and accommodating. Furkan was exceptionally helpful, but everyone was great. Delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable

Just a little noisy due to location, but didn’t stop me from sleeping comfortably.

The staff at the hotel were supper nice and friendly... Fatin and the her colleagues were supportive and happy to help any time. I requested an extra bed and they did provided it at 10 pm. Thank you guys.

Centralt beläget hotel, nära allt Rent o fräscht ,service på topp o speciellt välkomnade av Halime som gjorde hela vistelsen underbar. Ett hotel ja garanterat kommer besöka igen❤️

Everything was perfect. Mr. Celal, Derya, Ercan, Server, Anil, Furkan were so helpfull. Hotel is very beautiful and clean. It is very close to nisantasi. Open buffet breakfast has many options. Rooms are very clean. Mr Medeni take us to the airport. Thank you for everything. We will come back next week.

The electricity is issue. Last two days was no electricity at night time till morning.
