We had a lovely stay in the house, it has everything we needed for our family trip and it was perfect spot to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which is only 5 minute drive down the road.

We had a wonderful family holiday here. Eustace was extremely helpful and the property is very well maintained and clean. It was the perfect size for us as a family of 5. Would highly recommended and stay here again in the future.

Equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dish washer and washer/drier. Communication with host was faultless. Would recommend.

The house is a little bigger than I thought from the photos and our family of five enjoyed a comfortable stay. You can hear the distant sound of the motorway from the bedrooms with the windows open, but this didn't disturb our sleep (we're used to living in a quiet rural location) and the house is in a very quiet and nice suburban area. The drive to Watford Junction Station and travelling by express train (not stopping Overground train) into central London takes about 45 minutes, so this a great place to stay for days trips into London. The owner quickly replied to messages and even kindly and quickly came to rescue me when I inadvertently locked myself in the front porch! We would stay here again if visiting the area again.
