This was our third Labor Day weekend at this property. Had a fantastic time with the family. Location is fantastic. Sat out on the large deck and enjoyed looking at the bay and the town. Made use out of both indoor and outdoor pools. Short walk to the beach. Perfect weekend!

Stayed at this Bella Vista until for 3 nights in August 2023. The location was great...close to Seacrets for those that wanted adult fun and Dumster's and mini golf for the younger ones. Short walk to the beach. View of the bay is beautiful and can see the ocean too. Layout of the unit was roomy and 3 bathrooms, all with nice size vanities, was big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

This location is perfect. The ocean is beautiful of course but the bay view and location is where it's at. The picture of the balcony view just does not do it justice. And the condo itself is also great. It was a group of 8 of us and it was spacious and comfortable. We don't know when we'll be back but we immediately said we would choose this condo again in the future!

I was very happy with the property. It's a great location, we parked our cars and didn't use them the rest of the week. Can't beat using the bus. It was a short walk to the beach. We had fantastic views from the balcony, loved sitting out there with the furniture provided. The new flooring was beautiful in the main living area. Everything was clean when we got there. The pool out by the bay was great too. Having a bathroom there instead of having to go back to the condo every time was convenient too. Would stay at this condo again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We really liked the location of the property and the property itself. We would rent that same place again.

A beautiful condo that needs some TLC. The views of the bay and the ocean were breathtaking from the balcony of the condo. Owner was easy to work with. We had a little trouble unlocking and locking the door. Once we knew how to do it, it was easy. More kitchen or should I say more updated kitchen amenities would be appreciate it like a Keurig, a new toaster oven, new pots, and pans things like that I know the owner is in the process of renovating and painting the condo and either removing the carpet or getting new carpet. me personally, I like a place with no carpeting easier to clean and keep clean.

Great property to rent in a great location with plenty of space for your family

If you are torn between two or three properties with similar price ranges, Please pick the other property. This one definetly delivers on location and space but the experience with the owner may ruin your trip. The location and view are amazing!!! The Owner is a scandalous, greedy liar with poor customer service and poor communication skills. Day of self-check in I messaged her with questions and concerns(including photos of broken items) and received no response for 14hrs. Basic information was not provided making getting settled frustrating. Pros = Location Views, Views, Views Outdoor pool Wrap around deck Large rooms Cons = Additional fees Ripped couch covers, old furniture, worn carpet. Indoor pool out of service. Dated televisions in every room Outlets = Poor access or not working Owner is a shady con artist illegally charging additional fees. Do NOT leave the cleaning fee VRBO PROHIBITS additional payments outside the app and will not assist in retrieving any money paid outside the app. Refundable deposit = SCAM ALERT!! she has no intention on returning your deposit althoughit it is listed in the renatal agreement as refundable. No one was there when we checked in or checked out. She will attempt to keep your deposit by blaming you for already damaged property so take Pllenty of pictures the day you arrive or demand she (not the cleaning lady) is there to walk the property with you. Very, very poor customer service. She Did not communicate check in or parking information ahead of trip. I had to request while in route. Be prepared to drive 10-15mins past the property to print your parking pass at staples after you arrive or risk getting towed. Broken /damaged items (curtains, sliding doors, shaky bunk beds). Some type of damages in every room. POOR backed up PLUMBING in two of three bathrooms. Overall the property, size, location and nearby activities make this a great place. The poor ethics of the owner, dated furniture, poor plumbing, false advertisement regarding refundable deposit and hidden additional cash fees outside the app make it a nightmare. Unless you want to stand in backed up tub water hoping to get assistance from the owner(who is unavailable) I say pick another property. If you pick this property come knowing you will get poor customer service and you will not get your deposit back without a legal battle. Good luck. Hopefully your experience is better than mine was.

Family vacation with kids and grandkids Our rental was excellent with great views and comfort.

Carpeting terrible . Size was great. Leaky faucets and ac. Location and pool was great. Screen doors kept falling off. Great views of bay and ocean and town

Great place to stay for a family beach vacation. The kids loved the pools and short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

When searching for a location that allowed easy access to beach, ocean, bay and minimal driving to boardwalk and restaurants this was a pleasant property that checked off all the boxes. Not only was the location enjoyable, it also provides enough relaxation spaces and rooms to be close but not feel stuffed in together. Others touted the views from the balcony and I can now attest it was well utilized.

Loved the Condo, the maid could have done a better job of cleaning before we got there, long hairs in two of the bathroom showers. Other than that, would rent again!

Our family has enjoyed several vacations at this property. It is an easy and safe walk to the beach, gorgeous sunsets on the bay, lovely outdoor pool with clean grill and bathrooms. Inside the condo is decorated with cute beach accents and wall murals. Our favorite place to relax is on the awesome wrap around balcony. Great memories and super responsive host!

This condo was great! With 3 bathrooms every group had their own space. The bunk room was terrific. It allowed the adults their own sleeping space and the kids could enjoy themselves in their own room. Sunsets were great. Wonderful trip.

Beautiful condo, amazing views, great mid-town location - on the bay, a block from the beach, and within walking distance (or a short bus ride) of good restaurants & shops. You couldn’t ask for more!

This is a beautiful hidden gem. I will definitely be re booking here. The location was perfect we walked to shop, eat and drink. Added bonus there is a coffee shop on each side of the villa. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze. Perfect for our group!! Thank you Barbara!!!!

The property was better than the photos. Very nice size for my family of 10. Loved the large balcony looking at the bay on one side and the ocean on the other side. Very quiet inside which meant great sleeping. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool on the bay. Had a few issues but nothing we could not work with...there are usually issues anywhere you stay you just need to work around them. A fantastic place and a great time! Will definitely be back in the future!!!!

The property is well maintained and very spacious. It was easy to reach the property manager and she responds quickly. Only concern was one bathroom tub which was not draining properly. When brought up with Barbara, she said that a plumber supposedly fixed it. Had an excellent time with family. Loved that it had a pool and a scenic balcony.

We are so happy we were able to book a stay here. It was a last minute decision to go to the beach and we were excited and happy to find this place. Great views of the bay and ocean. Very clean place. We loved (especially my youngest son) sitting out on the balcony day and night. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants to go to. Great communication with the owner. We are already talking about trying to get this location again for next year!

The condo was great, location and view were outstanding. She has Adirondack seating on a large balcony that are wonderful. The kitchen was adequate with pots, pans, plates, bowls and silverware. Barbara was helpful with any questions or concerns I had. My friends loved Bella Vista. I plan on bringing my family back soon. I give it a strong “A”

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Easy walk to beach and other amenities. Pools were nicely sized and the views were awesome. Owner was easy to communicate with and very quick to reply to messages.

Had an excellent time staying at Bella Vista. The place very clean, and roomy. We loved the location and the pool as well!

However it did smell like cigarettes smoke when arrived
