I booked thia property the week of my wedding to stay at with my wedding party. The house was beautifully decorated, convenient to the beach, and the pool area was wonderful to swim in the evenings after a long beach day. The only minor downside is 6 parking spots and no on street parking but the house itself is wonderful and I would love to stay here again!

We had a great time at the folly field properties! Very clean and organized, as well as great instruction and communication from our hosts. Definitely a place we will look up for future visits to the Island.

Property was very comfortable for our large group of 19 adults and 2 kids. Everyone loved the pool.

Overall fantastic experience, great home and convenient location for beach, restaurants, family fun! Would definitely come back and recommend.

This house is well equipped (beach chairs, karaoke, ping pong table, etc.) and has a great layout for the whole family. We had a superb visit and enjoyed the pool... and the kids loved the movie room. Elevator was perfect for our elderly parents. Thank you!

Beautiful property with ample room for a large family. Walk to the beach was easy, and the house had everything you could possibly need for a beach day (chairs, toys, coolers, towels, wagons, etc). Shaded pool area was perfect for giving kids a break from the sun mid day. Extra garage fridge was great for drinks and extra ice. Kids’ areas on the top floor are fun and inviting. Kitchen is large and fully equipped for anything you would want to cook. Plenty of cups and plates (plastic and ceramic) for all members of the family both young and old. We could also walk to a sports bar and a mini golf/arcade place that were both a fun change of pace. We had a wonderful time and feel blessed to have shared time with our family in this home.

From the covered pool (that was a nice option on rainy days) with the TV to all the beach/pool equipment... really had everything we needed. Was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the provided beach towels, chairs and wagons came in handy! Our family enjoyed all the extra amenities: from the TV at the pool to the 3D movie theater. Also, the property managers always answered promptly when we had questions. Thank you again for a great stay!

Everything was great. Before our stay Rick was prompt in answering all our questions. When we arrived the house was neat and clean. We had everything we needed for a great week. Rick was accommodating with a couple of requests. We all enjoyed our week here.

Let me just start off by saying how beautiful this home is. All of the furniture and decor is gorgeous and the house is brand new. We loved it and will definitely book again in the near future. This house has everything u will need. All u need is your clothes and food. Great distance to the beach and it wasnt crowded which was what we were looking for with covid happening. Everyone for the most part kept their distance or had on masks so we felt comfortable and safe. The pool area is amazing and we spent most of our trip here. Lots of nearby shopping and grocery. Great area. Thank you so much. Cant wait to book again!

Had an amazing week at this property. Owner did an outstanding job with this house. Completely stocked with anything and everything that you could ask for. Perfect beach house for kids and adults. Will definitely be back!
