Location is great, 1 minute walk to the beach indeed. It is close to a lot of hot spots in Nungwi. Very clean at all times. The room with the balcony was amazing; you get to enjoy the weather while spending time with your small group. They serve AMAZING Pizza. Staff are very helpful, welcoming and nice.

The rooms were a little less soundproof that I expected - but I am a very light sleeper and other members of the group disagree.

Spacious rooms, everything was clean, the breakfast was nice. Excellent service! The staff and receptionist are very kind and always there to help you with minor problems. And the central beach is 10 meters from the hotel. The restaurant Corner serves very delicious pizza

I had informed the receptionist that we had to leave on Sunday at 7:30 and consequently we would like to have our breakfast at 7:00 if it was possible. She said yes. I reminded her on Saturday evening. Unhappily on Sunday morning, nobody was in the kitchen at 7:00 and we had to leave at 7:30 without any breakfast.

Very clean and beautiful place, close to the beach. Good price/quality ratio compared to the other similar hotels I've been to in Nungwi. The staff is very attentive and kind, especially Hassan from the reception.

It's literally steps away from the beach, there are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars in the proximity It's very clean and the staff responds very fast to any request. The interior garden is very nice and well kept.

A small fridge would have been useful It is in a very lively and busy area, so no peace & quite once you step out of the premises. But the noise stops at a decent hour for sleeping. Occasionally there are short power failures that also affect the running water.
