Espectacular, The host is a wonderful and kind person. The administrator and the person in charge of the maintainance were very nice and kind persons too, they were always willing to help if something went wrong. Common áreas, rooms, pool, the view, were top 1%. Very confortable. The property was very near from the Best beaches.

We had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful home. Although it was a bit of a drive from Willamsted it’s in a great location for getting to many of the gorgeous beaches! The only negative was that the main living area and kitchen weren’t air conditioned (only the bedrooms) but we spent the days at the beaches and evenings by the pool so it wasn’t a big problem. And the breezes coming off the water were great. Great communication from the owner and property managers

Beautiful property! Ingrid the property manager was super! The owner Galo is very pleasant and responded to emails/ phone very quickly. The views from inside the house were phenomenal. The location is remote with other homes surrounding. If you are looking for relaxation, this is your spot !

Beautiful Villa with priceless views. Villa offers great areas for communal or private space - kitchen is well equipped for any type of cooking, we ate out most of the time but cooked 2 nights. Very close to the best diving on the island ( west end ) and a great dive shop - Go West Diving. If you are heading here for diving, Watamula is probably one of the best dives we've every done - a must do. We aged out between 18 & 65 and with the different apartments and main living area - plenty of privacy for all. Galo is the perfect host and very accessible - one of the best stays we've had in any of the islands - highly recommend !!

Our group of 11 had a great time in Curacao especially the stay at the house. The rooms were spread out so that 3 different groups could have their own location. The view is tremendous and bird watching from above the birds in the trees below was great. The responses from the owner and the local property managers were prompt and accurate. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Vista Mar was amazing! We usually travel islands and go to all the beaches, restaurants, etc. While we did do a lot of that, the majority of our time was spent at our villa. Ocean views, peaceful surroundings, private pool, fully equipped kitchen..... so relaxing to just stay 'home".

Property was in a wonderful upscale neighborhood that always felt safe and had fantastic views of the ocean. Property was as described and had PLENTY of space for our group of 4. Planning on returning next year with a bigger group!

I wish I could rate this property higher than 5 stars. The pictures don’t do this gorgeous home justice. Our group could have spent our entire vacation at this house and never left to explored the gorgeous island. The house and the location was so spectacular, that you don’t want to leave. I have been renting homes for vacations for a good 10 years now. This has been by far the best experience in those 10 years. No one in our group had been to this island before, so we were a little nervous to be so far away from town. Galo (Host) assured us the area was safe and provided us with great advice for traveling around the island. The area is completely safe. The property manager was fantastic, and was just a simple text or phone call away. He lives close by as well and he responded quickly to anything we needed. There was a beach within walking distance as well as access to the ocean very close to the house. Both locations are fabulous for snorkeling. Some of the most amazing beaches I have ever seen in the Caribbean were just a short drive from the house. Very few people at the beaches, we practically had theses beaches to ourselves. Again, amazing snorkeling, and calm beautiful waters to just swim and relax. We spent most of our 10 days at the house or exploring the beaches around the house. We went into town once, which was very nice and we had a great day of shopping and exploring the beautiful downtown. There are some beautiful beaches near the downtown area, but much more crowded. We preferred the less crowded more secluded beaches closer to the house. Our entire experience was amazing. The house and the views of the ocean from every room was breathtaking. The weather was perfect. The multiple hammocks throughout the house provided the perfect place for a nap, or to read a book out of the sun. The outside dinning was amazing with the views of the sunset each night, just spectacular.!! This is a perfect house, an amazing island, with the kindest people. I also can’t say enough great things about Galo and the property manager. They made sure we had an amazing experience. In all the years of of renting vacation homes, a host has never called me after my visit to follow up on my stay. He wanted to make sure we had a good experience, and ask if he could improve anything. Excellent customer service, and concern that we as guests had an amazing experience. Our week stay was absolutely great . I would make a couple of suggestions. Garbage truck only comes out once a week ( Monday’s I believe ) pool maintenance service is once week as well & would of preferred a larger bbq pit . We cooked out alot . ***other than these few suggestions all was perfect . In a heart beat would stay here again ! We called the property managers and they said our lights would be back on in a couple hours we woke up the next morning at 5am and the lights were still out. I would suggest a generator. Also the house is really far from the main area (about 40 mins) so keep that in mind when you book. All in all I loved the home. The view is beautiful, pool is nice and clean and kitchen has everything you need. Make sure to buy groceries before you head to the house. Also Netty cooked for us the first night and it was delicious!!!!!!!!!! Make sure you request her services. She cooks traditional Curaçao meals.

Really enjoyed watching a different sunset every night. The views are breathtaking. Saw two rainbows while we were there, absolutely beautiful. Wildlife all around, the parakeets were our favourite. Dirk and Inge are amazing to deal with, we loved our time getting to know them. They made the trip amazing.

This is a magnificent house with room for large or even multiple families. It is located in a very remote area of the island (which made it perfect for "social distancing"), so occupants will definitely need a car to get around. The property is immaculate, the pool is great, and the views from almost every room are absolutely breathtaking. It is not the easiest place to find, but once you are there, you will never want to leave!

VistaMar was an excellent place to call home during our week in Curacao. It is well positioned on the island for easy access to the most beautiful beaches and not far from grocery stores and restaurants. The house itself is stunning and stands out from all the rest around it. The pool was great for our two young kids who loved the waterfall and shallow end. We only used the top level of the house but there are two levels below should you have a very large party or multiple families. Amazing place to stay.

Looking for a hidden gem, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist life? Look no further. This is it. A true home away from home if what you mean by home is luxury. Enjoy. We did.

Our family had a wonderful vacation here. We had seven people in our group and didn't feel even remotely crowded. The house was clean and well kept. Screens on the windows is essential in Curacao, to allow for evening breeze but no mosquitos. There was screens on most of the windows, they could fit a little tighter but overall good. The pool was so refreshing each day. It was also just a short walk to access the ocean, where some of our family scuba dove from. Dirk and Inge, the property managers, were very attentive and great people. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with a large group of 8 adults and two little ones. We appreciated the privacy of the property making it our own vacation oasis. Bedrooms were a good size with efficient AC units. The fully-equipped kitchen was a great open concept which made it easy to cook and move around. The pool was fantastic and a wonderful depth for both adults and a toddler. Some things to note were that not all doors or windows had screens so some nights were buggy for an hour or so. There was also no access to the downstairs in law space from the main house so we had to go outside and around each time which was usually fine except when it was bedtime for our infant and we wanted to still socialize. Overall we had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to plan our next visit,

My experience with Curaçao could not have been more perfect due to two important reasons: Firstly, this house that I rented has the perfect location overseeing the Caribbean Sea with amazing sunsets and a wonderful feeling of harmony with nature. Moreover, the updates on the house including the pool area and deck are excellent. Furthermore the bedrooms are well-appointed and all the appliances in the kitchen are first rate. In fact everything in the house is of top quality. And the Wi-Fi worked very well across the entire house except for one bedroom off the kitchen. We came to Curacao to spend 10 days celebrating my birthday with my family and I could not have hoped for a better place to do this. The best area for snorkelling and enjoying the beaches are in close proximity from this location. We entered into the city only to replenish the fridge and do some shopping. We always looked forward to coming back to the house to enjoy the views the sunsets and most importantly the sense of peace. Secondly, this vacation was excellent also due to two individuals which I would like to point out. We were very impressed with the two people that help manage this property and represent the owners interest: Dirk and Inga. From the moment of making the booking, to answering all our questions, and finally to arrival at the property, these two individuals made everything easy and seamless. In fact arriving into the driveway of the property we were met with the most warm wave and smile from them. The owner is very lucky to have people like this to manage his properties. I look forward to returning to Curacao with my family and staying here again. Thank you for making my birthday an unforgettable event !

We rented this house for 9 days while we toured and scuba dived around Curacao with our extended family of six adults and 4 children under age 5. It has plenty of room and worked great for our family group. Dirk who lives next door is very helpful in resolving any issues. I highly recommend this house if you want to be on the west end of Curacao. Kurt Wiseman
