Rear side entrance door never locked! Ice machine leaking all over. Maid opened our room door for a family member WITHOUT verifying identity!!!!

It was clean, staff was friendly and the location was close to interstate 90.

The pool seemed over chlorinated. The fumes were so strong our eyes stung immediately when we walked into the pool area. The kids swam for 20 minutes and got out because their eyes were bothering them as well.

The hotel was very nice. We traveled just 20 miles for an overnight staycation with our five year old daughter and was able to get back home and feed cattle. The perk was the pool. Slide was crazy fast but we loved it. Chemicals were perfect. Only prob was the check in gentleman was not friendly at all and then he was there again in the morning for breakfast which was short on supplies like juice cups, napkins and waffle cups. The tables were not clean or well maintained for other guests coming for breakfast. I have worked in the hotel business and was just disappointed from the beginning from the check in agent and then having to wake up to him for breakfast. The hotel is beautiful and remodeled so nicely. We loved our room and wish we could have stayed longer was cold in the breakfast area though. My daughter was very cold. Yes I would definitely stay there again. Also recommend it to others as well. But that agent needs to have a little bit more customer service

Location is quiet, safe and off of the highway with a gas station and Dairy Queen across the street. It has a pool, comfortable lounge and a small bar if you would like a drink. Beds were comfortable.

Hotel furnishings we're a bit dated but reception area was very cozy and inviting.

There was a small issue with the toilet.
