I love the cleanliness of Sun1, especially the fresh linen on a daily basis

There needs to be ways of limiting the noise factor from other guests. we were woken up early by other guests screaming across the hallway.

Reception so nice know how to handle the customer, make us feel at home

The rooms were clean. Two first days were peaceful, quiet at night.

The stay of groups of school kids that were disrespectful,noisy, food everywhere on the passage. High disrespect where the caters/ or whoever was banging even my door telling about food , and sometimes about their departure for the day. I tried to complain to the receptionist but it looked like they don't have control over as long as they are making money and saving their jobs. Maybe because as individuals our money doesn't matter. The stay was really bad. And those bed are hard especially to me who has a chronic back.

Although it was a short stay - I liked the breakfast, Rooms were clean.

the shower was too small, the bed was not comfortable too much noise from the bus station
