Not clean at all it's dirty and the rooms have insects.
They bathrooms are stuffy and not user friendly especially for udults

I didn't like that elevators were not working had to use the stairs all the time, breakfast was horrible and the price went up when we pay

Location is good it's next to almost everything
Lift was not working the whole time I was there had to use steps all the way to level 7 with my big 🛍 and the access card I had to activate them ever time I went out and also ask for the towels. In my room wifi was poor connection

They have friendly staff,beds comfortable and clean. The receptionist 👌
The lifts and air conditioners that were not working. Only if they can fix those two the place will be exceptional

The fact that I lost my belongings during the fire and I notified the staff and I sent an e-mail. Since now after a month no one came back to me or re-imbursed me for my lost items. There is absolutely no care for the customers

That place is a health hazard. The smelly carpet, dirty sheets and the urine smelling bathroom. The noise at night. The TV only has one channel.😏😔

I didn't eat breakfast but everything was fine 100 percent. The staff is excellent it was nice to be there

The room i was in wasn't clean. The bathroom had water leaking from the toilet. Bed sheets weren't the cleanest. There was noise and knocking on my door.

Friendly staff. Much improved from last experience with street pedlars and the noise at the entrance. The place and room was very clean and was cleaned every day. Slept like a baby. The breakfast was very good and tasty. Their chef even came to the table to ask if we enjoyed the food. Liked that. Nice and fresh variety of rolls at the entrance. The place is near everything I wanted to go to. Thank you Albany staff.
The towels were only supplied on request. But resolved quickly.
