Für uns lag sie perfekt am Airport nachdem wir aufgrund von Flugausfall „gestrandet“ sind. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker. Es gab sogar ein sehr üppiges early bird Frühstück.

Das Personal war super freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keinen Wunsch offen und die Lage direkt am Flughafen sehr gut. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Etwas wenig Ablagefläche im Badezimmer und die Matratze war zu weich.

Proximity to airport. Was allowed to check in an hour early. Spotless room, comfortable temperature, nice complimentary teas. Nice view, quiet, easy to check in and out. Polite and helpful staff.

Was not told that room service opened 30 minutes after the restaurant. The food was overpriced and some of my meal was missing. Could have done with a thicker duvet.

No USB charging outlets in room. No power adapters for sale in hotel, had to walk to airport convenience store to purchase. The glass enclosure for the shower and bathroom area was ... strange - no privacy. Parking was a little confusing

Location perfect for early flights. Staff nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable and dark shades. There's free tea and coffee for guest in the lobby.

Bath is annoying - shower head needs replacing. Makes the shower a bad experience. Not even a shelf near the bed unless you room upgrade for 25$. There is room for it, it seems it was taken out on purpose, so was the kettle so they have something to charge extra for and be competative with other airport hotels. For a 4 star hotel its really embaracing.

Fantastic hotel at the Bergen airport. Location is perfect for late night arrival, where you can make tea freely. Super quiet. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. מומלץ בחום

Location to Bergen Airport. Nice to have a bar in the hotel.

No air vent, fans or air conditioning in the units, no coffee maker in the units. Turned the control to lowest and it was still stuffy.  Super weird glass combination of clear and opaque glass in the bathroom. Could see my husband on the toilet and in the shower. Weird!!!!

Nice updated rooms, great breakfast, and good restaurant/bar for dinner. We had a very early flight and walked to the airport in 5 mins.

Nothing really

You can’t get closer to the airport than this and get you can’t even hear a single plane arriving or departing. The included breakfast spread is amazing and we also had dinner in the hotel which was very good. Beds are comfy and I appreciated having a bath to relax in. Top notch hotel for an overnight stay before an early flight.

Would be good to have a fan in the room as there’s no air con and obviously you can’t open the windows

Close to the Airport, staff were very friendly, breakfast was varied and of excellent standard. dinner in the restaurant was competitivly priced and and of a high standard. the room was comfortable and well proportioned.

Lighting setup in the room was a little annoying as i was unable to control all room lights from the telephone side of the bed, but that was my only issue.

The room was spacious (by European standards) and very comfortable.

very handy for the airport- bus and train links to Bergen. you can actually walk out to the coast. most airports stop you from walking or cycling in or out. so that was appreciated

Bed and sheets were nice and the breakefast buffet was exceptionnal.

Small bathroom, no air conditionning in the room

2nd year we stayed here and both times the shower only had cold water. Seems kind of strange when the bathroom sink has scalding hot water. Called front desk and complained and they would not refund any money would only move you to another room. Who wants to do that when you are unpacked already.

As for Nordic Choice breakfast was decent, nothing that blew my mind, but it was plenty to choose from, it was possible to make waffles which is cool in my opinion, and chia pudding was also alright; Not so far from the airport when you have medium heavy luggage.

I really didn't like that there was no kettle in the room, and reaching reception in this matter was absolutely useless. 1000% focus on sales - I've got an offer to pay an extra 200 nok for a room upgrade and then I would get a kettle and the view. It was a business travel so the view was absolutely not mandatory, especially when you came back late to your room, wanna rest, have a warm tea and drop dead. I see no point to stay with "top brand" hotel in this hotel chain. Most definitley will go for cheaper option next time. Evening staff was rather cold and not qutie friendly, I felt like i was disturbing a little bit with my check in.
