Near to everything.

1. Room was spacious 2. Service was excellent and fast 3. Location was excellent with many food and drinks outlets. Easy to walk around and grab around 4. Breakfast spread was good

1. if there is a bath tub, it would be great to be able to soak in after walking around the whole day in George Town 2. Seems to have a staff shortage issue at the restaurant 168, empty plates were slow to clear, chefs were manning 2 or more stations (but they make up for the dissatisfaction in services with great smiles and patience) 3. Was expecting at least a sauna in a such a classy hotel.

The room is clean & comfortable. A strategic location as it is connected to shopping mall. Friendly staff & helpful guard.

Improve on the breakfast food. For example, the prawn mee soup doesn't taste like prawn soup. The waffle is too thick & hard. The hours for Executive Lounge should consider to change to an earlier time, maybe 3pm to 5pm. As 6pm to 8pm is dinner time which we unable to enjoy the food.

We like the 2 story room upstairs, very up market hotel . The staffs are friendly, helpful. the location is the best to connect with a shopping mall. We could eat all kinds of food. Our son loved it. He wants to go back there again.
