I booked this property cuz i had an exceptional experience in trident jaipur…..but cochin was disappointing

The front desk staff behaviour was disappointing and the rooms were not ready even though we reached at 4. It took almost 45 minutes to the get the luggage to our room n contacted the reception twice. we were travelling with a toddler which was very inconvenient. During breakfast water from the a/c vent was dripping onto our table.

It was an amazing property near the docks even though it was on a man made island it was still pretty secured and the hotel was amazing. The staff was exceptionally good and took good care of you. They even attended to your special needs and also helped in a surprise which I had to give to my partner. Special thanks to f&b manager Ravi who helped us plan and research some tours there as well. Truly a remarkable experience.

Too far from the airport

The staff and the location. Helpful staff,they helped ne ro arrange a small celebration for my daughters birthday even at last minute request.

Great food, great service, the manager was always checking on his guests. The restaurant staff, especially Ravi, are absolute assets!

The staff was brilliant. They took very good care of us. In particular Ravi, Sreekesh, Abhishek and one of the chefs, Sreeja. We were visiting with our 8 month old and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had whatever we needed for our little one. Breakfast spread was great. Food in general was really good.

Gym could be better. Also the hotel needs to do away with plastic water bottles

The entire team at The Travancore restaurant is fantastic. I absolutely enjoyed my dining experience here. The 'VanCho' cake is surely going to be the highlight of my stay.

The food was brilliant. The ambience of the property was very calming and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room itself had a subtle old world charm to it, felt nice and cozy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was beautiful and offered great amenities.

My Family members liked the pool very much and enjoyed. Breakfast also tastes delicious.

When we checked in, we were not offered any welcome drinks, but the people who checked in after us got them. Please give equal importance to all your customers.

The location is a little strange. There is nothing else on this island. So you will need transport to go anywhere- either your own or taxi .
