Location was fantastic and easy to gain access to main roads and shoppingcentres, set up and service from the room service team was amazing and we arrived at 2am and the heat was left on for us and a light which I felt was extremely considerate, Easy use of laundry, didn't use pool/bbq but area looked welcoming and generally was welcoming, quite apart from the trucks driving past through the night was a bit loud so took a couple nights to get use to it! Expected for being so close to city though.

Beds were just a bit uncomfortable, and there was an ant issue which I know couldn't be helped just annoying

The location was very handy close to the city and feels like in the very center of eveything.

Good location and parking. Spacious.

Noisy stairs to upper level and sound travelling from upper level rooms.

Arrived at 3am, air-conditioned was turned on, the whole place was very warm and welcoming.

Return visit after 2 years away, well appointed rooms. Newly refurbished bathroom and was immaculate.

A bit of lack of privacy, would benefit from having nets on windows (like the other rooms).

Very comfortable, good-sized room, great location.

Nice fairly large room with everything you need.

Lovely pruned bushes. Pool was lovely. Room was clean and relatively modern.

There was no clear instructions and we didn't realize that the pull out bed was an actual bed. When we did finally use it after a rude interaction with the front lady. The springs were in our spines and poking our guts.

Rooms are quite modern, very clean. Beds are comfortable.

They don’t have neither air conditioners in the room nor fans. On a hot day in Christchurch the only thing you need is an air con in the room. We assumed all the motels have it and didn’t even check for it.Now we know to check. They gave us a very small fan saying “it’s the last one available”! nonsense- they don’t even have enough fans for everyone. It ruined our stay there. Will not recommend to anyone.

Room was clean and spacious. Location was perfect. Staff were excellent to deal with.

Not the motel's fault but it was very hot while there, air conditioner or fan in the room would have been great.
