Everything was excellent , when landing if you don’t let them know if advance the time you will be there you might be waiting on the street for a bit

Location is amazing, clean property, it’s in a more affluent area of Barcelona. Only 10 minutes away from La Rambla. The terrace was really good too, for our large group.

2nd bedroom was too small with no window. 2nd bathroom was too small .Drainage was blocked as such one could not use it. No blankets were provided inspite of calling them and sending messages. No response to any of our communication. Will not recommend this place to anyone just because of absolutely bad service

This city centre apartment in Barcelona exceeded all expectations. Its prime location offered easy access to attractions and amenities. The modern, well-designed interior and attention to detail created a welcoming space for all 10 of us. The host's great service and responsiveness added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient stay in Barcelona. Can't wait to return!

Our family of five stayed in the 3 bedroom apt at Ronda St. Pere, which was located right next to Placa de Catalunya. The apartment was clean, very modern, and nicely furnished, the kitchen was well-stocked, beds were comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms and a washing machine was very convenient. The air-conditioning worked well also and the apartment was quiet at night. We especially appreciated the welcome packet which included coffee, sugar, juice, chocolate, snacks, wine, and laundry detergent. The apartment was within easy walking distance of many sights, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, and there was a bus stop right in front of the building as well as a metro station across the street. We would definitely stay at this apartment again when visiting Barcelona!

It was a little challenging to pick up the keys, as we had to go to a management office about 15 minutes away from the apartment and were only given a window from 3-7 pm to get them. We also sent a few messages through WhatsApp that were never answered. We were eventually able to answer most of these on our own, but we never found out how to dispose of the recycling. I also thought charging 100 euros if we didn't dispose of the trash was ridiculous, especially since the cleaners were coming the same day as check out to get the apartment ready for the next group.

maintenance can be improved, specifically the kitchen sink leaks, and the slow bathroom sink drain. The shower heads in both bathrooms appeared to have had previous issues and were patched sloppily.

The 2 smaller bedrooms very stuffy at nighttime, unsure if air conditioning in those rooms was working properly or we didn’t have the controls right. There was no instructions. That’s the only complaint, everything else was great.

Upstairs rooms had low ceilings, was an ussue for anyone over 5ft8. Also, tv didn't work and door lock app was hit and miss.

the property has a great location. it was close to everything. lovely size and looked good.

The washing machine in the bathroom was in a terrible position, hindering use of the bathroom. There was also a lot of bugs.

Perfect location of the appartment and friendly staff in the agency. We could store our suitcases before our check-in at the agency. Kitchen equipment was good. Food shops over the street in El Corte Ingles. Fast Food and restaurant, coffee : 50 m from the appartment. Appartment was clean and beds were OK.

View from the room was ugly, but we were minimum time inside, so no problem. The appartment is a bit used, so I would recommend some small renovations, specially in bathrooms ... Under the appartment is restaurant so sometimes you can smell the kitchen. We had to bring out the garbage on the end. I think this could be included in price of accomodation, especially because there is no container outside. Caution of 500 € - I´m traveling via Booking for many years and we never paid caution. The caution should be paid back in a week after check out !!!

the location was perfect. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The apartment was so spacious, and the kitchen was prepared well.

The apartment in Ronda Universidad street was so old, it need to update. the furniture, electrical socket, mattress, bathrooms, and carpet was old. the floor was not that clean and the carpet was smelly. The washing machine and dryer need to be upgraded.

the location was excellent! close to metro and key attractions. for a family of five, it’s was comfortable and bedrooms were a good size.

smell from water (shower drain) nothing too bad..it was managed, open the windows in apartment to bring in some fresh air. having to take my luggage to store for the day on checkout, a little out of the way, but no other choice.

Location is excellent, and the view from the window to the Catalunia square, size of the apartment is very good, it has every things you need, kitchen is well equipped, stuff is very helpful,

No reception, no lobby, if you arrived early you need to keep your luggage in the office which is different location till check in time, than you need to take your luggage again to the apartment. The communication through WhatsApp if you need any things, no cleanning service, you need to pay separately for cleaning which cost 55€ for one time cleanning only
