The apartment was spacious and the bedsheets were comfortable and soft and the kitchen was fully stocked.
The manager was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. She was rude and did not let us check in a bit earlier. We had only asked because we had been traveling for several hours with two children. We were willing to pay extra, even though the apartment was ready. Her customer service was very poor and made the experience uncomfortable. In addition, there was a huge cockroach in our bathroom and we could not shower or use the restroom.

very spacious and well equipped apartment, staff were very friendly and helped us arrange a taxi to return the airport.
location was excellent, right in the heart of Madrid- and a beautiful view from the rooftop terrace.
the only suggestion I would make is to have a kettle in the kitchen for making hot drinks. the Nespresso machine in our kitchen desperately needed de-scaling so the coffee pods did not make very adequate cups of coffee.

No view. I believe other rooms have better view. In our case we did not have good view. Two rooms were really small, Just for beds. Rooms should be renovated. In good condition was just bathrooms. Maybe other apartments are better, but we rate for what we have.

- one woman staff, who worked sunday morning at the reception. she seems to be rude and not welcoming people at the property. she was the worst experience in treatement. except her, other staff are very nice, helpful and smiling.
- Entrance without "rampas"
- No signal outside the street showing clearly the proprty

Exceptional, one of the best areas to stay in Madrid. Bigger than expected apartment size with almost all amenities.

Staff didn’t have the resources or information to help. Rooms were hot and opening the window brought the noise from a busy road in. Rooms were also bit of a weird design. Not much value for the money.

Great location, easy to find and we were able to check in early which was a bonus. The apartment is very spacious but as others have mentioned the furniture is dated. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a door, a very spacious bathroom and a second area with a king bed but no door (more like a den). Both beds were comfortable and it was pretty quiet but you are in Madrid on a busy street so you will hear some noise. The breakfast room on the 6th floor was very nice with a wide selection of food and eggs made to order.
Dated furniture made the apt less appealing. It is a large apt and would be spectacular with a paint job and a few new pieces but that's just being picky.
