As always everyone was so hospitable and always there to check on you if you are comfortable during your stay with a genuine smile on their faces. They always greet you with a smile.

Location is a bit specific. There are a lot of places to eat and nice shops to buy sweets, however it is a bit noisy and smell is not good. Breakfast was average

The location was good, right in middle of Chinatown so plenty of places to eat out. Ramada has free shuttle and dropped us off and picked us up from tourist sightseeing. The staff were so friendly and efficient, special thanks to Hanz and Edward.

We only had one breakfast at the Ramada, room service,requested American breakfast which was not available. Ordered Continental which was bread, jam and coffee. Still delivered in timely and courteous manner.

All staff were excellent. Room was comfortable and location in Chinatown was exceptional. We appreciated everyone at the front desk, including JayVee and Hanz. Kevin at the front door was extremely helpful as well.

During our stay, all hotel staff were more than concerned. you will feel warmer than at home. Definitely more than a hotel. First of all, the attention and respect of the employees, the cleanliness and cleanliness of the hotel was quite good. First of all, I would like to thank especially the receptionist Behl and all the other staff who greeted us with Turkish words. You can stay comfortably.

Everyone from the guard to everyone in the hotel staff were helpful and were very attentive. Albert made sure that we were comfortable and provide all the informatiin we need from room service, and showed what we have in the room.

Not really something I do not like. It's more of just commenting and probably an advise if when you cook the bacon not to overdo it. When the bacon was cold it was a little bit hard to bite or even cut.

This hotel is nice. You can stay with your family. You can bring your kids. Very peaceful and there is no disturbance. There is a wide variety of food for breakfast

The Hotel is situated in old Manila and the lanes are very small and congested. There is always Traffic Jam. The Wi-fi was not great. I wanted a smoking room but I was not given

The staff were courteous and friendly. The Hotel was good. Washroom was clean. Breakfast was great. I'm satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

The Hotel is situated in Binondo. This is a very crowded place. I was told this is old Manila. The lanes are very small and heavy Traffic jam

Although Chinese New Year's celebrations were abundant, hotel staff and accommodations were clean, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and eggs to order very good also.

Everything was ok. The Chinese New Year's celebrations were loud and festive but okay with me and my family.

The Staff are really helpful, I have nothing but praise for Hanz, Maezy, Jeff, and Albert. The rooms and various facilities around the Hotel are kept very clean. The Breakfast has enough selection, though some days it took a while for some items to be replenished.

The location is not the best, it is difficult to get Taxies and Grab cars from this hotel, so if you want to discover all that Metro Manila has to offer then you might struggle from this location. Fortunately they have two personal drivers that you can book to take you places, but you will need to do some forward planning to use them. The rooms are not sound proof to the outside so a lot of outside noise from both the streets and the church next door. Both me and my partner found the bed a little bit hard to our liking as wel

It had awesome room with the view of the nearby church. We were there during Christmas and the festivities can be seen. The room was clean, brekkie was great and the staff were exceptionally hospitable. I would like to mention Edward and Bhel for their amazing help during our stay at the Ramada.

The bathroom door had an issue and was repaired twice but in vain. We had to finally complain to change our room. The hotel upgraded us for the inconvenience caused. The staff has been one of the best things about this hotel apart from its location and amenities.

Front desk receptionists and security guard last December 16 night duty. They were attentive, accommodating and easy to talk with. Always smiling and helpful. Easy check in and checkout process. Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good. Location is the best. Also christmas decors and ambiance of the hotel lobby is very nice. Special mention to Sir Josh, Albert and M'Bhel. Central location at the heart of Manila, just at the corner of China town.
