nothing i request a refund, i lost exam due to no electrity for me to study for 2 day
The place was very dirty with unwashed plates, cans of alocohol in the yards not being cleaned for 3 days, toilet smell, not cleaning detergents.

The location
Everything was a mess, ants all over the place.. Appliances weren't working. The microwave had a plate with spoiled food in it. We had to ask for the pots and cleaning staff.. They must start taking care of their property. I don't recommend it!

My dad checked in late so they still attended to him even after it was past check in time.
The room that he ended up settling for wasn't the room that I was given when I booked for him. I asked for a room with 1 double bed and he got a room with 2 single beds.

Only learnt on my arrival that pots and iron needs to be rented and there was a burning smell on the electric box that they never fixed,there was no wifi as promised

It was a self catering but they didn't give us utensils time, they gave it to us the following day and the plugs were not working at the kitchen and other bedroom. There were no toilet papers at the toilets . The broken TV at the other house it was not working

The place is horrible and wouldn't recommend it for anyone.
Everything, the staff are horrible and they don't have good manner of approach. I suggest they sell the place to someone who is willing to do proper business or who is well equipped with required skills and knowledge of running the business of this kind. Crescent is just a disaster and brings the bad name to this industry.

The tree on the yard is dirt u need to cut it so that it will decorate and the is a spider otherwise ure place is good

The friendly staff and comfortable bed.
I booked self catering. Kitchen had 1 buckled and bent pan and 1 collander.I could not cook anything.
I had to wait for 1 hour to book in because my apartment was being used for a 2 hour stay!! What you see on booking.com website is NOT what you get.Im extremely disappointed.Please people, be very weary of booking this place, it really is false advertising.

NOTHING!
i didnt like anything, Stuff had attitude. they are not friendly, not even the manager is friendly. the placed looked like nothing in the pictures. they didnt have a sleeper couch, they just a bunch of matras's, you hire an iron wow!! they ran out of toilet paper and didn't even have bathroom towels. from check in until checkout, i didnt see any friendly faces.

The location and the silence
At our arrival we waited an hour to be shown our room, no TV in the room, only had toilet paper and bathroom towels the first day the rest of the days nothing, was lots of ants in the bathroom and also their electricity ran out on Wednesday night and we called but no one answered, their service is very poor
