Very clean. Nice location on other side of Inter-coastal. But the pillows and mattresses were cheap and terrible. Pillows thinner than toilet paper and mattresses that were essentially like sleeping on the floor. You will wake up with a sore back or neck.

this was our 3rd stay at Croton House and we just love it. The location is perfect for literally anything you want to do in New Smyrna Beach. The House, the grounds, furnishings - everything has a meticulous level of detail while still being cozy. Steve is super responsive. can't wait for stay #4.

Golf weekend
We rented both apartments for a golf weekend, this is a beautiful property with plenty of space and parking in a great location, walk to the beach restaurants and shops. Great little coffee shop just 2 mins away if you don't want to make your own !

Upon arrival it looked s little sketchy lol, my friend and I thought we were at the wrong location but we weren't. Parking was a tight fit!! Nevertheless it worked out just fine between us and the persons on the bottom floor. When we got upstairs we were absolutely satisfied with everything from the beautiful fragrance that met us walking in all the to how the bedrooms were setup. The kitchen was really nice and all appliances were updated and worked properly. The only thing was the see through glass front door but we quickly got over it. Steven was an absolute great host and made sure that we made it safely.

The smaller the venue the bigger the event! Meaning, the apartment wasn't that roomy but we (my friends & I) whom stayed there made the best of our stay. Come to think of the awesome water line nearby as well as the attractions. Steven, job well done!

Perfect NSB Spot
This was a really nice property, super clean, had everything we needed, and had a great patio space that was really relaxing. One evening we took a walk down to the Flagler beach approach, about 15-20 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Many great restaurant options are available nearby, close to anything you’d want to do in NSB. Steven was a great host and I’d gladly stay here again in the future.

my second visit to Croton House. The owner has thought of everything you could need and the attention to detail from the floors to the ceiling is stunning. The outside grounds were perfect for entertaining and provides privacy . Great location to both shops and restaurants on canal street and Flagler Avenue. Photos do not reflect how immaculate the property is maintained. Highly recommend and look forward to a third visit! Owner was easily accessible, friendly and responsive .
