My room was clean, bright and airy. The towels were freshly washed and the bathroom was spotless.
The biscuits with the teas, coffee and milk were greatly appreciated.

The room was good. Good location for my travel needs. Food downstairs was really good. There is plenty of paid parking for my van over the road.

It was one of the best places I'd stayed in London. Room was clean and comfortable
The Bar below was amazing. All the staff were excellent, friendly, efficient, funny whilst be being professional and boundaried.
Without making an issue of it, everyone was welcome. On Thursday we had karaoke and a guy in a wheelchair sang TIMEWARP!
It was brilliant to somewhere where everyone just had a laugh and the staff kept hassle at bay.
So worth the money. Fantastic place

The shower door and handle were broke. The window was kept open with a stick that had a rusty nail in it.The curtain kept coming off the window.Room 5 should not be available to anyone as it is a health hazard.Paul the barman was rude.
