La cama no era muy cómoda

Great location, quiet, comfortable bed/room, good shower, friendly staff, excellent waffles, and overall value. It felt like staying in a more luxurious boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly to our dog, and there are plenty of nearby parks for him to explore. We stayed in a few places in Lima and wish we found this sooner. We'll be back for sure.

The room is too dark

Stayed here four nights in total. Two booked ourselves and two with a tour we were doing in Peru with intrepid. Hotel was good and had everything you need. Not too far from bars and restaurants and in a safe area.

Loved the location, decor, ambience, breakfast. Comfortable stay.

The attention and the food

I liked the location, cleanliness, breakfast and comfort. They also provided me with stomach medication free of charge.

I had to check myself in online as I stood in front of the counter lady. I arrived late and tired and wanted a faster process since I wasn’t feeling well.

Lovely and accommodating staff - great location, stylish design, beds very comfortable.

Breakfast was very nice, but perhaps a little more variety would be good - saying that, was generous, the eggs were perfect, and the coffee nice and strong!

Friendly staff, nice and clean place, great location blocks from the beach. We loved the outdoor space. The air conditioning in all units worked perfectly and it was heavenly on hot days!

While friendly, the staff could have been more customer-focused. The breakfast could have been better. The temperature in the showers was inconsistent - ranging from cold to scalding without touching the shower valve. The sliding door to the deck had no lock.

Staff was wonderful, English-speaking. Breakfast buffet was nice with cooked to order eggs available for the asking

Good sized room and very clean . Provided an iron on request . Free WiFi and Internet available .

No kettle in the rooms, breakfast buffet was quite limited ( after 9am and no lift to Upper floors.

Everything was good but the pillows on the bed were too hard. Very uncomfortable to use to sleep. Breakfast was lovely. Just enough and very tasty. We loved the bread.

Pillows on the bed and the cupboard smelt very damp. Made our clothes smell.

Nice design, near to the Larcomar mall and some good restaurants. The staff is okay, but Lizette is the best, in my opinion, she is very helpful. Jairo is the best too, he finds some food at the dinner for us and he never said it's to late. Thank you
