Local muito limpo e confortável, mas principalmente a atenção das pessoas com quem tive contato (pessoalmente Mari e Carmen por telefone/whatsapp) foram extremamente atenciosas e preocupadas em oferecer o melhor. Na noite anterior a minha viagem, ocorreu algum problema com o cartão de crédito que informei ao Booking e a Sra Carmen se disponibilizou a receber no local, ainda permitiram que deixasse as malas antes do check-in e depois do chek-out, sem nenhum contratempo. Vendo que sou alto (1,90m) chegaram a oferecer outro quarto com cama maior (o que não foi necessário). Um pequeno contratempo com o chuveiro que não aquecia, foi prontamente resolvido, logo que informei. Enfim, pessoas muito atenciosas, voltando ao Peru/Lima será minha primeira opção com certeza.

Senti falta de orientações sobre possíveis passeios e localização de serviços próximos.

Gute und ruhige Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mary hat ein leckeres Frühstück vorbereitet. Mir wurde sogar ein früh Einchecken ermöglicht. Vielen Dank dafür.

Das Zimmer und das Bad könnte sauberer sein. Sonst alles gut.

The property itself is in amazing location and is beautiful, however the room they assigned to me as I was alone was extremely small, had no windows and was quite noisy . I would say do not stay there if you are one person. All double rooms were nice! And the staff is extremely helpful and nicest!

My room.

This is a gem of a place! It is very comfortable and clean. There are sitting areas both inside and on the roof. It is located in Barranco and close enough to walk to all the sights. It is also a walkable distance to Miraflores, took us about 30 min to walk to the park. It is a very quiet place. The owner is very friendly and will prepare breakfast when requested for a slight cost. The driver, who Drives for Casa Nuestra, Cristian, is very helpful and speaks English quite well.

Great location 15min walk to barranco district, 30 min walk to miraflores with its shops and restaurants. The house is soo cute and comfortable. The staff is so wonderful that i have already booked this hotel 3 times!!! The breakfast is delicious. There is a terrace if you smoke. Honestly i cannot fault it. Try to avoid late check in for cheaper taxis from the airport Would recomment this place!!!

The room really needs a fan. No aircon is okay when you have a fan. Very uncomfortable at night when a bit warmer. Summer would be horrible.

I loved the style of the house and the quiet area it is in. The plants, colour of the building, rooftop terrace and decor in the home.

The water filter was a little old and had sediments in it.
