Beautifully clean throughout, really lovely genuine hosts. Family suite with 2 bedrooms was perfect. Really nice breakfast with plenty of choice and presented beautifully. Very accommodating hosts, allowed us to bring a takeaway back and eat it in the dining room. Nice lounge area for guests too.

Shower pressure was a little weak. Could hear people talking in the room below us but didn't disturb our sleep.

The accommodation is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Quiet lounge with a couple of sofas to relax of an evening. Large selection of freshly prepared food at breakfast. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and high street. Large car park. The hosts and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Second visit and will return

Hensleigh House offers superb accommodation, in a great location, a short walk from Charmouths jurassic beach, with interesting vistors centre, ample parking & amenities. Decor, comfort & cleanliness were exceptional, with great attention to detail. Our hosts were welcoming & accommodating. A first class B&B.

Excellent breakfast, friendly service and 5 minute walk to sea, so perfect spot for a quiet break.

The only tiny detail was the automatic stair and landing light went off a bit too quickly for our pace!

The location, owners a staff were helpful and friendly, will a good selection at breakfast.

I would have liked another chair in the room, but this was a restriction of the room size

The breakfast was freshly cooked, hot and filling. Jane, the owner , wax very laid back, unobtrusive, but always available. The property is just a minute of so walk from both beach and village. The family suite - Room 7 - is a large double and double with single . Both were a good size. Very quite and no noise from the rest of the property.

Four occupants in family suite…. Lack of toiletries ( not property related.). Lack of places to eat, especially on Sunday. Taxi company not really available on Sunday. Book early at Royal Oak.

Perfect location , 5 min walk to town one way and beach the other. Lovely and friendly, great breakfast and facilities. Rooms were lovely 😍
