Amazing all round - staff were so helpful, rooms were a great size and and so clean and roof top pool and gym were fab. Had laundry to do and it was returned within 24 hours which is so handy! amazing hotel

I enjoyed how quiet and beautiful the place is. The decor was nice, the room spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious too. It is located between two malls that is very accessible.

Easy checkin experience, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, lots to eat and shop nearby. Buffet breakfast was good. Pool had a nice view. Loved the room and amenities provided.

The location - in between Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. It’s also near to the famous Gurney Drive Hawker Centre (walking distance).

The front office staff (a lady) was rude - I simply asked when my rooms would be ready and she was being non-committal, she then called Housekeeping and I overheard her conversation with the housekeeping and the exact words from the housekeeper was “I cannot guarantee by when the rooms would be ready.” I then asked if the rooms would be ready by 3:00 PM and she was again being cold and non-committal. Her tone of voice was bordering on rudeness. This experience could have been avoided if she had applied some empathy and patience.

Its vicinity to two shopping centers, restaurants, bars. Breakfast was okay albeit busy and crowded.

We stayed one night to celebrate New Year's Eve in the city. Since the lower rate rooms were unavailable due to our sudden decision to stay at the G, we went ahead to book an Executive Room. Upon check-in we found out that free cocktail was served from 6 to 8 pm. We could not make the time because our dinner reservation was at 6 pm. We asked if we could come back for cocktail the following evening for the RM1000 we paid for the room, the hotel promptly replied NO. Apart from the free cocktail within the 2 hours in the evening, there was nothing extra that came with the Executive Room. What a rip off!

Easy access. Walking distance to gurney plaza and paragon. I also enjoy being in georgetown.
