Luxurios and spacious Appartment close to the Charles Bridge

The location of the apartment is a kicker. Generally, the courteous staff who were exceptionally helpful and accommodating with regards to all our requests, the interior design, and the cleanliness of the premises have left us with a wholly favorable impression.

I was lucky to be in Prague on the day that experienced the highest temperature recorded in the last 88 years. Due to the unique characteristics of the building, the residence lacked AC, which rendered the nocturnal rest period considerably arduous.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr professioneller netter Vermieter, hat immer sofort auf unsere Wünsche geantwortet. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.

Location is really beautiful and convenient for a city break. The team was easily accessible and helpful.

Great apartment overlooking the bridge. Apartments are located on the river side, there is no traffic there, so it's super-quiet even though it's in the very busy area. You can't beat the location, and the price-value ratio is amazing. Everything was clean, there are enough amenities for a long stay if needed.

There are a few easy-fixable things to move this property from very good to excellent category. Shower assembly doesn't have the shower holder on the shower bar, so you have to use one hand to hold the shower, that's a minor inconvenience. The major inconvenience is when the building manager turns off cold and hot water without a notice, leaving you standing in the shower with shampoo on your head and nothing to wash it off with. No attempts to remedy the situation - no offers to at least bring a bottled water or anything, complete silence from the management (management did respond after they turned off water the first time, but after the second time management just ignored us).

The view from the balcony was incredible

Lack of useful items to keep the place clean; dustpan and brush, broom , vacuum etc. also could smell cigarette smoke quite frequently from the hall ways etc. didn’t know where to empty bins.

Central Location. Quiet and cozy at night. Many amenities nearby

The view is just amazing.

3rd room was really tiny, kids slept there so all good for us but for adult it might be little bit difficult to get out of the bed.
