Great value, big rooms with a nice look out on the ocean.
The hotel was in the middle of what looked like an entire complex of failed and half completed hotels.

Big room, I liked the hard mattress!
Location was kinda creepy, it felt like the perfect place to shoot a horror movie. Massive abandoned construction site next door, and nothing else. Like a development plan just stopped one day and all the trucks just walked put on.
No plugs by the beds and my friend could see my silhouette when I was taking a shower through rhe tinted window connected the room and the bathroom.

Nice and quiet location. Sizable room size that can fit a family of 4. On-site convenient store and modern gym.
Must drive to get to location for meals.

The room was very spacious and the property was very beautiful. Had a good view of seogwipo city and some of the oreums around the area. Central location so no matter which side of the island you are exploring it's fairly reachable.

In a cold winter at Jeju of about 1 and 2 degs at night, I feel so warm and comforted especially as the flooring is heated, and surprisingly the bathroom floors too! Imagine going to the toilet in the middle of the night, you are stepping on warm floor. The rooms are large, TV too, there is a balcony that basically looks out into the sea, it was too cold and windy for us to stand outside to appreciate. One minus point, this location is definitely very out of town, you require a car to get there. You can actually park your car right outside your room, which is truly a rarity. There is also a convienence store within the hotel, in case you're hungry or thirsty, its super helpful.

The view and staff.
The resort looks amazing but the room are old, the cleaner did not make up the beds and the beds are very uncomfortable. The room also did not have toothbrushes.

1) Amazing rooms- big size!
2) Lovely view
The breakfast was average.

The staff are incredibly helpful, and i appreciate that we could communicate in Mandarin. The room is incredibly spacious, with a lovely view of the sunrise. The breakfast buffet is also amazing.
The hotel is really out of the way, and for a solo traveller depending on public transport, it was hard to get around. The bus sometimes takes up to an hour to come by. The hotel is also surrounded by construction, so it’s scary to be walking outside in the evening.

Location was quiet, price was reasonable. The room was cleaned.
Extra pillow cost money, had to make do and sleep with soft thin pillows.
Do not provide and do not have shower towels (called and request but said they dont have). Only provided small gym size towels in the room.

Location and room size. Love the lightings, modern style in room and accommodations. Peaceful area away from busy noisy city and amazing distant view of Mt. Hallasan outside on clear days. Restraunts and convienent store in lobby. Bicycle station for cycle tourers.

The staff were really nice and helpful
They have a convenient store on the facility which helped alot
The location is a bit isolated
The are around the "resort" is depressing, bunch of uncompleted buildings that are abandoned and some construction gear are left
Although they claim its a resort there is nothing that imply that is a resort, there is only a small gym. No pool, no SPA, no cafe.

nice place, but a bit strange. there were a lot of unfinished buildings around.
it’s a bit far from anything. You have to have a car or take a taxi to go anywhere.
bathroom has everything, except bath towels. We were only given one small towel for each person. there were no bath towel to dry water oneself after showers.
4.5 / 5.0
The rooms were spacious and they upgraded us to a larger room. The convenience store was great to have as well.
The view from our room in section B was not the best. They wanted an extra deposit for extra keys beyond the one. It would be nice to have larger towels.

The rooms were clean and spacious and parking adequate. The resort was designed to give privacy to guests.
There appeared to be some construction ongoing nearby.
4.0 / 5.0
The resort is spacious and being in the outskirts of Soegwipo, has very quiet surroundings. The view from our room in block B was not bad either as we could see the seashore over the top of block A.
initially we were concerned about transportation as we did not have a car, but with the Kakao T app booking taxis was quite easy.
The resort seems to operate with a skeletal crew, but they were helpful esp. the elderly gentleman who oversaw the restaurant operations during breakfast.
The blocks are not connected, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to-and-fro the reception esp. in the rain but not too bad. Breakfast was not included and given the location, the only realistic choice was to buy breakfast coupons every day.

Place was desserted...very apt of name : Healing Hills. Totally unaccessible with no amenities, eg restaurant (they only serve brkfst), 1 convenience store. Period. No housekeeping, except empty dustbins, unless u request. Toilet amenties were bare minimum. Thank god for that 1 & only English speaking frontdesk guy who was helpful...else, i will suffer even more 😑😑😑

The rooms are huge, spacious and clean.
The rooms are a bit run down. In the name of being eco friendly, Qube only provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is no bathrobe and the bath towels they provide are minuscule, so I was shivering in the big bathroom. Qube is a 10-minute drive from town with no amenities nearby. Cars are essential if you want to stay at Qube. However, there are not enough parking lots for all the guests.
4.0 / 5.0
The room is clean and very spacious. Like the serene environment and resort vibe. Its located in a pretty isolated area and you need a car to get around. But if you drive, its a good place to stay away from crowded touristy hotels.
The mattress are pretty hard ...but then, most hotels in S.Korea then to provide harder mattresses. Lack of hanging hooks or bars to hang your clothes and towels.
