We had the pleasure of staying at this great condo right on the river. Very clean and comfortable, perfect for our girls trip. Although it was a short walk to Broadway, we took Uber most everywhere. Timely communication with the property owner. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean and modern. The location was lovely, and close to downtown. We could clearly hear the people above us walking around, but other than that everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Cindy was very responsive.

We had a wonderful time in Nashville at your property! You were very helpful right from the get-go w suggesting places to store our luggage. We ended up renting a vehicle for the week. It's an easy drive to Broadway, seriously maybe 5 mins. The condo was fully equipped to meet our needs. We had nice warm weather so we got some spare time to enjoy the pool on premise. We absolutely loved the Condo! My recommendations would be July and August are much too hot! Any other month will work. I would do the trolley 1st so you know where you want to visit. The uber drivers were all friendly and helpful. Use Instacart for food and alcohol. They deliver to your door. We enjoyed breakfast at the Condo, lunch & dinner out on Broadway! Awesome time.

We stayed in Nashville for three days. The condo was wonderful…clean and very comfortable. I was worried you would hear construction, train or barge noise. None were an issue! Parking was great-right outside the door! Made it extremely easy to unpack and pack the vehicle. I would recommend that you use an Uber to get downtown-reasonably priced for the fare and well worth it! Made a groundhog friend-named him Henry! He/she joined us for coffee in the morning! Easy communication with the owner and helpful with tips for local venues! I highly recommend this place.

The property was conveniently located to Lower Broadway. Just a quick Uber ride and you were there. The condo had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the views of the river. The owner was very quick to respond if we had a question. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay, Cindy was an absolute perfect host, super accommodating! The unit was lovely and super comfy for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again, easy walk to downtown and Nissan stadium, or if you’re adventurous enough you can grab one of those super fun scooters!

We really appreciated the little "extras" Cindy left for us...Plenty of coffees and creamers, every gadget imaginable in the drawers and cabinets, dish soap and a clean sponge in the package (not a stinky leftover one from the previous guests!), makeup wipes, hairdryer (a true full-sized one!), flat iron, and toiletries in the bathroom. Plenty of drawers and closet space in the bedrooms.
She really covered all bases in case you forgot something or didn't want to waste time going to the grocery store!

It is cute - a bit of a walk to Broadway (more then I thought but I guess you can say it was with walking distance) - and unfortunately a lot of construction and a LOT of homeless people you have to walk by. Thought there were too many rules too - like take out the garbage before you leave and put in in a trash bin which was all the way down the other end of the building.
But it was comfortable and clean.

The unit is beautifully decorated and appointed. Had no issues getting around Nashville with Uber. Certainly walkable to downtown. The layout is perfect for two couples with separate full bathrooms for privacy. The view of the river is very nice.

We enjoyed staying at Cindy's River Front Condo. It was clean and cozy. The condo had everything we needed. The river view was great watching the barges and trains go by in the morning. We enjoyed having a quiet place to go after all the hustle and bustle of Broadway. I would definately stay there again.

This is a nice condo, very well appointed. Quiet location, even though it is located in an area that is a little industrial and the area seems to be undergoing a transformation of sorts into more residential. The onsite laundry was nice, but having to use a mobile app to pay was difficult and there is no change machine, so if you don’t want to use the mobile app bring some change. I did notice that the refrigerator had not been wiped out and had crumbs, etc. in it. We had an issue with the TV which the owner promptly helped me resolve even though it happened to be Christmas Day, which was greatly appreciated.

Very clean, nice linens and amenities. Coffee and Tea. The owners were graciously accommodating with check in time. We had a minor issue that was resolved within minutes of texting the owner. They were extremely responsive. Neighborhood is a little off the beaten path from the main action, but we still even walked home one of the nights and that was totally doable.

I booked this location mainly because of the river view, which did not disappoint. I was so excited to drink my coffee on the balcony. The condo itself was beautifully remodeled and very clean. It is so close to the downtown/broadway scene which is a huge convenience. Most nights we scootered there and back.
If I ever return to Nashville I hope to stay here again.

The condo was just as described. It was comfortable, well stocked and most of all it was immaculate! Our host answered every question almost immediately. If you’re going to Nashville,you’ll love your stay at this wonderful condo. We loved every minute of our Girls’ Weekend.
If you’re going to Nashville,be forewarned that the town is exploding. There is construction EVERYWHERE. Our best suggestion is to Uber.

The condo was immaculate with all the comforts of home! Would 100% stay there again. We were 2 couples celebrating our anniversaries and very pleased that we chose this place to stay at. Instructions and recommendations from owner were clear and precise. Any communication with owner was prompt and polite. Beds were super comfortable, linens were clean and fresh, water pressure was great, just pretty perfect all around. Great view of the river as well. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Nashville getaway!

This spot is perfection. Just as nice as the pictures show. Easy to find, and close to just about everything. A quick Uber ride and we were downtown. The area was quiet. Cindy was easy to reach if I had any questions and let us know the condo was ready two hours early! Highly recommend staying here and if we ever return to Nashville, this is where we will stay. I can't forget to mention the ground hog who visited every morning outside the living room window. :)
